We arrived at the hotel 10 mins after booking it online through Booking.com; Jimmy, the front desk person, already had it printed out with the room keys attached. Jimmy also helped a person stuck in the snow in the parking lot and before that, helped us with a TV issue (he arrived at our door less than 5 mins after we called the front desk and resolved it in a couple of minutes!). There were several people due to the I-80 closure but he attended to everyone with grace and efficiency. The breakfast was great: both hot and cold options, plenty of food and a clean eating area. Our room was clean, didn’t reek of Febreze like others we’ve stayed in and the bed was comfortable. Carpet was clean and didn’t show signs of spills or over-use. We were very nicely surprised and treated well by the friendly staff and a well-maintained facility.

Staff was so polite. Easy to find the motel. Great eating places nearby. Loved the plastic channel ABC channel# etc. Loved remote for heater/ac. Could turn up or down from the bed.

No alarm clock. Learned how to use my phone.

The room was really clean. At the time of check in I met the General Manager Doveen whom was there at the desk training a new staff member. They were both very nice and personable.

I did not like that the bathroom tub was old and showed signs of wear and dirt that was bedded in the tub. I also did not like that I had to pay $25 xtra for my dog. This place could use updated bathtubs.

The location was perfect. We especially liked the pool. It was a wonderful experience. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast.

There was food left over in the fridge and there wasn't any shampoo, but considering it was a super busy weekend, we totally understand the oversight.

So friendly. Great place to stay with a dog.

Easy access

Some things didn't work. Like ice machine.

The staff was outstanding. From the front desk to the manager everybody went out of their way to take care of us. The property was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and even though we were downstairs it was quiet. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything was smooth and peaceful, was worth it, no disgusting cigarettes smell or dog pee in our rooms!!

The pool hour, I wish my girls can used it early morning before our trip, not enough plugs for our electronics.

The best hotel out of 6! Very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was awesome! The pool and hot tub was opened which was a huge hit to my children. The staff was very friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you.

Breakfast was good, pool and hot tub good. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value for our money.

Dead bugs in pool area. Would be nice if there was a picnic table or chairs outside for guests.
