Excellent location for those passing through town. Easy access to necessities like markets, coffee shops and gas stations. The lobby is welcoming and Julie (the desk agent upon my arrival) was beyond helpful. She came through when I realized I had forgotten my toothbrush. There is a nice continental breakfast set up and although traffic noise is a bit harsh, the overall room noise was very minimal.

Only complaint is the noise from the roadway, which is not something that can be helped aside from a system of using the fan on the AC unit.

The location was convenient and easy to reach. I was on the ground floor near the office; there was no descernible street noise. There was a coffee pot in the room, but a generous breakfast was served in a room off the lobby. Everything about the stay was better than I had expected, and the front desk manager went out of her way to give me information I needed, and even helped me move items into the room.... and walked my dog!

The breakfast was excellent and the staff from check in to check out were very professional and friendly. Great people.

The mattress (at least in our room) was very uncomfortable. The shower head was very poorly attached to the wall. You couldn't just stand under it; you had to take is off the holder and wash off by hand. Your competition next door has a bright flood light that kept our room lit even with the curtains drawn.

The desk clerk on staff that night was exceptional. The breakfast was good.

The TV in the room wasn’t working. The desk clerk, Julie, tried for about an hour to get it to work. She had the maintenance person on the phone but they couldn’t figure it out. The person in the room the night before had done something and the maintenance person had to re-program the TV the next day.

We loved how clean the room was and complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff was happy and helpful at all times. Definitely recommend this place.

Needed TV channel chart for people who don't know local channels and some channels were audio only. We were just confused on that, especially for just passing threw and not familiar with the local cable.

Staff was very welcoming! Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Hot shower! Continental breakfast was very good, and had a variety of choices. The lady who was taking care of the breakfast was very helpful and made sure all was perfect!

No dislikes. We will stay there again!

Staff was super friendly at check in (wish I could remember her name). Bed comfy, room good size and clean. Morning breakfast is a nice addition.

The door lock at the far side of the building was finicky. Our room had a big gap in the front door and the slide lock was broke.

Front desk staff was super friendly. Especially when I checked in, the woman had me laughing and she answered all my questions. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was on time and tasted great.

My only complaints are the hallway smelled a bit musty, but the inside of the room smelled good. Housekeeping started to walk into the room when i didn't answer right away, i was in bathroom. However, they weren't rude and apologized right away.

All staff was very friendly, it was very clean and inviting, the room had everything you need, The breakfast was really good every morning .

Our King room was quiet, comfortable,and spacious. Amazing hot shower! The staff was helpful, kind, and welcoming. They take pride in their breakfast included with your stay, and it was very good! We will stay there again.
