The hotel is in a great location away from the busy streets of the Strip. Close to the airport and has ample parking space. The staff were so welcoming and nice and they gave out free cookies when we checked in! The room had a good amount of space for the price, came with 2 free water bottles, and the room in general was very clean. They have free WiFi and have streaming apps where you can log in with your credentials and they will automatically sign you out upon checkout.

The only thing we had a problem with was the shower sliding door. It didn’t stay closed on one side but it was manageable. It still was closed that no water was coming out.

Breakfast was great, and aside from the unexpected parking fee, everything else was excellent I really enjoyed my stay, especially since the goal was to be away from the Strip.

I was upset that I had to pay for parking, especially since I wasn’t informed about the fee when booking it should have been disclosed upfront, and if you're staying there, you shouldn’t have to pay for parking at all.

Parking fee in addition to lodging charge $10 per night. I didn't notice this when I made the reservation. I'm don't recall it being noted. I prepaid my room, so I had to pay additional at check-in for parking. I personally thought this was unessesary. The parking lot was about 1/2 filled overnight. The hotel is away from the strip where parking fees are expected. However, those hotels allow validated parking if a customer. With the hotel being away from other facilities, there are no other options for parking.

Everything about our stay was excellent—the room's cleanliness, the thoughtful setup, the attentive staff, and the hotel's convenient location.

The only downside was that the AC didn’t cool the room as expected. We set it to 72 degrees, but it never felt that cool.

The room wasn’t cleaned. Food was on the floor and it wasn’t wiped down. Still have smudges and dirt. Soap wasn’t in the bathroom either

I appreciate being able to make arrangements to leave my car until I returned from my trip. I had 2 drivers on the shuttle to and from the airport. I can only remember one name though. One of them was Paul. They were both very helpful and polite, and I appreciated very much. The staff upon check-in-and check out polite and professional. Thank you.

The staff was wonderful. The pool was wonderful and warm. We appreciated the 24/7 airport shuttle and the well appointed guest lobby area.

The bathtub was dated and could be replaced. The drain was rusted and the drain was slow, there also is no fan in the bathroom.

I liked that the staff were very welcoming, it was very clean. My daughters enjoyed the pool even though it was chilly the pool was warmed and perfect. Great stay!

The ONLY issue was, only one elevator was working at the time so it would take forever to wait for the one that was working to get to us.
