Loved the location proximity to the Las Vegas motor sports complex! I also loved how clean and spacious the hotel was especially our room! We also enjoyed their fully equipped gym!

Breakfast could have been better or at least changed up everyday it was the same breakfast everyday. Didn’t like that my teen boy neighbors were super loud at night made it difficult to sleep but the front seat (AJ) addressed the situation IMMEDIATELY!

Everyone was great! Room was clean & great thought went into it. I appreciated the light near closet as well as privacy curtain near bed. Guest services responded quickly to my tiny issues.

The microwave needed a reset. The thermostat was not as user friendly as last hotel we stayed at. Easy to turn up or down cooler…little more tricky to switch it to heat. It worked out though as husband wanted room cool. My husband & I both had trouble logging into wifi. He is way more computer savvy. Guest service did attempt to help me, I ended up using my personal data after 5 attempts to login. I missed her final suggestion as we went to bed. I’m sure that last suggestion would have worked had I seen the message.

I really did like the property but I don't think the girl in the front desk really know what she was doing because the day before I spoke to her that I was going to stay until about 5:00 the next day because my son had a football game. She said that was fine and we didn't need to check out early but the next day came around she was very rude and disrespectful and said that we needed to leave by 11:00. It made me upset because she told me one thing so my son was under the assumption that he would be able to play go back to the room and get cleaned up before we head back home and then after we leave. And then she was calling me up saying we didn't pay when clearly paid the day before because the money got pulled out of my account but other than that the hotel is nice but I probably won't stay there again unless the staff gets better

Could improve on breakfast with some fruit not bananas and oranges only! More variety like for breakfast bacon and potatoes or change it up!

The staff was awesome and the room was well laid out with a view of the mountains.

The area is a bit easy to get lost in and you can't get back to your road easily even from across the street.

Nothing really other then the pool was not open but they had only been open 4 days so we understand.

Property was very clean and smelled amazing!

Airport noise, and you could hear all the other guests in the hotel easily.
