My recent stay at this Booking.com rental was OUTSTANDING! From the moment I booked this property, everything was perfect. The property and owner are true gems – impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed. The breathtaking views from the deck added an extra layer of relaxation to our getaway. The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. If you're looking for a five-star retreat, look no further! I highly recommend and can't wait to return.

Gorgeous modern apartment with an amazing wraparound deck, truly a rare find!! We loved the large modern bathtub and used it nightly and the huge shower for 2 was appreciated. Great location being out of the fray of the strip, yet very close to everything. Justin was amazing and truly went out of his way to accommodate us. Excellent and caring host!! Thank you, Justin!!

There is nothing I did not like. I feel the unit could use just a bit of a refresh in certain areas, though at same time, very hard to keep at that level when not your home and people are constantly in and out, some not so considerate. Place is beautiful!!

The online reservation process was seamless, allowing for efficient and worry free check in. With onsite free daily valet, vehicle call up was immediate and professional. The accessible sweeping multi views from the joined corner decks at over 500 feet made for a visual of Mt. Charleston east and north Vegas strip a stunner. Instant flip of a switch allowed for added natural gas fireplace ambience. Closet space galore along with in suite wash/dryer, two bathrooms & full walk in shower made for a no clutter nor cramping of space. King size bed adorned the master with a jetted in room tub with a view (bring the wine)! Both large flatscreens allowed for nonstop availability for any channel based on taste. Hotel staff was courteous, professional and attentive to all our needs during our week stay. Finally, based on location on West Flamingo Rd. After recieving our car from Valet, a quick right turn and straight 2.5 mile drive to the grand nightlife that is the Vegas strip. The 1bdrm suite’ full kitchen holds all the required amenities, cookware & dinnerware to prepare, cook and enjoy eggs, bacon with toasted muffins with fresh coffee daily. On site free full gym is excellent and the pool is beautiful! Get there and partake!

I really enjoyed the fireplace, the jacuzzi and the view! Also the penthouse is actually away from the casino which makes it perfect to get a good night sleep once you are toasted. The drive to the main strip is just about 8 to 12 min away depending which route your Uber goes. If they take the streets it's faster than the freeway. Uber will also be cheaper than a taxi but sometimes taxis are available asap so it's up to you.

If I had to mention something it would only be that the front desk rep mentioned there would be a fee if we wanted to order room service since the property was privately owned but that was easily avoided by ubering food in. You just had to run downstairs to meet them which was no big deal. There are also several restaurants in the property along with a food court so you could also just take the bridge to the casino and sit in depending how tired you were so really no complaints just a heads up don't let that discourage you from enjoying a great place.

We decided to stay off strip November 2-5 and Palms Place is exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to book, easy to check in, and the unit looks just like the photos- spectacular. Not only do you have kitchen amenities, there’s also a half bathroom and washer/dryer as well as free parking. The views are breathtaking morning or night from the balcony. Our host Justin was friendly and responsive. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had some electrical issues but our host Justin was apologetic and super responsive. The room keys are also very sensitive so if you keep them next to your phone, it will demagnetize. I had went to the front desk 4x during my stay for new keys. Also, there was construction work on Saturday morning that involved core drilling that was disruptive, vibrating throughout. When I called the front desk, I was advised each unit had rights to perform work during the hours of 8am-5pm. The host had no control over this. If I may, I would suggest patio seating to enjoy the views longer.

The property was gorgeous and I must say Justin was just amazing! He was a great responder and tried his best to accommodate everything I wanted. I stayed there 4 nights and enjoyed every single night and day there. I love how it’s away from the strip and noise but just a 5 to 7 minute Uber ride to get to the strip. The view was gorgeous. I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise and loved watching the sunset. Also was very happy to hear that the balcony was open for use again. I will definitely staying here again.

The host (Justin) was very quick with his responses and very helpful when I sent him questions via email. The views were AMAZING. The wrap around balcony with views of Las Vegas and the mountains were awesome! When my husband and I travel having a kitchen is a huge advantage for us. It was quiet on our floor which we were very happy about. This condo was definitely worth the money we paid. Complimentary valet was also a plus! The valet staff were super friendly, quick, and attentive.

I loved the location. 1st time staying on the Westside of the strip but it was great and great food spots on that end as well. I loved the apartment is gorgeous and the views from the balcony were amazing. Definitely will return to this spot

The weather was not very nice to enjoy the pool like I wanted that was all. I tried to stay an additional night!

The best part of the experience were the high floor views. The combination of mountain views during the day and Vegas nightlife after dark really were amazing. The unit lives like an upscale apartment, not a hotel room. This unit has several advantages relative to a standard hotel room, such as a refrigerator, washer and dryer and plenty of room to spread out. Having access to the Palms Casino and Resort's amenities were a big plus too. Some of the little things made the stay even more enjoyable, such as express elevators to the high floors and abundant, free parking in the garage. If you are looking for a memorable close-to-the-strip stay in Vegas, this is it. Justin is a thoughtful and caring host, with service that shines from the time the reservation is booked all the way through the whole stay.
