Staff was exceptional (Sophia and Amanda at front desk, and Savannah in the restaurant). My room was neat and clean, and everything worked. The breakfast was a REAL breakfast, with protein and good coffee. I will stay again.

As a non-smoker, I was put off by he smoky smell when entering the building and walking to the restaurant. However, my room had NO smoke smell at all. Nothing to be done about the smoke in the casino…it was just the one thing I didn’t like.

The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The casino and restaurant was right down the hall feom our room. It was a nice surprise to find out that we got a complimentary breakfast in the a.m..The breakfast tastes pretty good and was hearty. I was quite pleased and enjoyed my stay!

There were a couple things that needed maintenance..the toilet handle was pretty loose..I was afraid I was going to break it. The shower was nice, but the door was a little tricky(not too bad)

It's an old hotel - but very clean, well kept, had all the things we needed ie shampoo, coffee maker etc. Our room was quiet, (except for floors noted below) beds were comfy.

We were on the 3rd Floor - really hope no one was below us. The floors are in desperate need of a) new flooring - rug is ancient and b) really need to be addressed - VERY squeaky and soft spots all over.

The room was great, very spacious for a family of 6. The only drawback was it smelled like weed when we arrived. Also the t v was not working for youtube but it was fine. The breakfast was amazing and definitely made it worth it.

Convenient location, large parking, hotel-restaurant-casino all connected, clean rooms, comfortable bed, plenty hot water for showers , good food, smiling professional staff.

smoky smell from casino. poor service in restaurant - waitress got both our orders incorrect, never came back with water or soda refills. Meat ordered medium came raw, returned to be “recooked” to medium as requested - returned just seared on both sides still completely raw and uncuttable in middle.

Breakfast was good and an added surprise since it was in an actual restaurant.

The check in desk was in a smoky casino! Yuck. You also had to go through the casino to get to the restaurant, another yuck!

Stayed here before, room is clean, beds are comfy. Ac works good, free breakfast is great, staff is friendly, tons of parking for guys like me towing a trailer.

Would loved to have had breakfast. Went to the voucher but no one was at the desk for quite a while so we had to leave

One key card didn’t work.

The front desk clerk was an amazing person. She is great at her job and made us feel welcome. Very friendly and helpful.

Check in was a little late because the room wasn't ready. The ice machine was broken and all the outside doors to get into the hotel didn't lock.
