I had one of the most disgusting lodging experiences ever down the street at the Red Roof Inn, in Bordentown. The room was full of flies and smelled like someone died! To make it worse, the woman at the front desk did not believe me even after I showed her the pictures, I took from the outside as I flew out of there! I immediately saw a room at the Comfort Inn, read the reviews and booked it! Met the owner who was on the phone, and after he ended a call with someone who was trying to book the last room I HAD JUST BOOKED, I overheard him say that he could make it work for them. I told him about my experience at the room FULL OF FLIES and he gave me an UPGRADED ROOM FREE OF CHARGE! Absolutely outstanding service! The room was extremely clean, comfortable AND WE CAN SMELL HOW CLEAN THE AIR WAS! SMELLED WONDERFUL!! Thank you so much Vijay! Already shared my experience with friends and family!

Location was good easy access from highway. The staff were pleasant . Parking lot and lobby were clean ,

The fact the bedding smelled horrible , left me to question if the bedding had been properly changed. The bedding / pillows smelled horrible. As if they weren’t cleaned. The mattress was way too soft . Possibly worn out , so bad it left me with a sore back that took 3 days to recover . Two separate remotes for the tv with no instructions on how to find something viewable it’s 2024 going on 2025 I’m certain there’s a better option.

I like the location and environment.

I had to remind staffer every time about cleaning my room even though the hotel policy talks about cleaning every 3days but that policy was never followed. Besides, during breakfast, I did not see many options for diabetic so I ate a few days and stopped eating since it wasn’t healthy.

The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of hot options and an array of beverages. We particularly liked the availability of hot beverages throughout the day. The decor of the lobby was festive and welcoming for the holidays. Staff was pleasant to interact with. The outdoor seating area looked inviting

We would have like to have been able to enjoy the outdoor seating area but the fire pit was never lit during our stay. The room was very cold, even with the heat on. We had to get our own blankets from the front desk - they were not very warm and were very scratchy. We would have expected both that the blankets be delivered to the room and that they be of better quality.

waffles were great, otherwise very basic breakfast. Bed was very comfortable, room was clean.

no fruit, peanut butter for toast would be nice at breakfast No directions for how to use TV. Strange "electrical" noise in room, had to use earplugs to sleep.

Location is excellent for visiting the Trenton/Philadelphia area. Room has everything you need, nothing you don't. Room was clean, Wi/Fi was fast, bed was comfortable. The property clearly isn't new, but the rooms have been recently remodeled. Very good value for money.

Room service did not bother me. No need for them. Check in and out was fast and efficient.

The bathroom - shower curtain smell sour. The bathtub and wall was dirty. Water was not hot and the toilet seat was very loose.

The hotel was fine. Comfortable bed and clean. Nice to get a bagel and coffee in the morning.
