The exterior was landscaped nicely. The interior lobby area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The construction area was clean. Absolutely loved the online check in and keyless entry!

The only thing I didn’t like was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a dirty take out soda lid and straw behind the door. The caulking in the shower was dirty. Tile work was unfinished.

As always the rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast well presented.

The elevator was not working properly and nothing was done to deter people from using it. My husband was stuck inside and I know of two other people were as well. The usual level of professionalism was not there.

The breakfast was great! The warm chocolate cookies at night were a special treat. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were all friendly. And the hotel was pet friendly.

Power went out approx 1.5hrs due to storm. No emergency lights in stairwell or room. Pool area no ventilation, very hot

I didn't care for the breakfast options. I would have preferred scrambled eggs vs. bagel toppers that had a lot of bread. There were several types of yogurt, but all were very high in sugar.

The staff was wonderful and the pool, fitness room was great. It was right next to the highway to get on our trip

Construction was on the hotel

We stopped in Deming on our way to San Diego from El Paso. We have stayed in many Hampton Inns, but this one truly was exceptional. They had a bowl of water in the lobby for our dog. The room was roomy, comfortable and clean. The grounds were well kept. The mangers were helpful and courteous. This was a hotel that exceeded expectation. I highly recommend stopping here.

Easy to get to. Clean room, good shower, overall good.

Uncomfortable beds. Weird yellow stuff that should've been cleaned off back of bathroom door (was not from us), but everything else was really clean. Nowhere to really sit comfortably.

Breakfast was great all four days. Good selection. Good coffee. Clean tables. Staff was very helpful. Robert and ladies in the kitchen (I didn't get everyone's name)

We did have a few bothersome flies in the conference room. Otherwise, no specific problems.
