The breakfast was the problem. The staff member was busy watching TV and the sausage/gravy, waffle batter and biscuits were empty. An approx 10 yr old asked very nicely when there would be more batter at which point an adult pointed out the other empty's. The staff member was in no hurry to refill but did within 15 min. I did not hear an apology. As I said, none of these people were in my group.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean, and furnishings seemed well cared for.

The only thing we noticed was a squeaky sound from one side of the bed every time I moved. Also, as we went for breakfast in the morning, we were unable to get the room door to lock from the outside. I reported this to the desk clerk and she apologized and said she would have it looked at right away.

We hosted a baby shower in one of the event spaces and was blown away by how friendly and accommodating the staff were! The space was perfect for our group size (30ish), all the basics were included, plenty of time to set up/take down, and was extremely affordable. I stayed in a jacuzzi king suite and couldn’t believe how fabulous the room was! Spacious, clean, updated, and for an incredible price as well. I will 100% stay here again next time I visit & will happily recommend this hotel!!

Would appreciate juice and more sugar free cereal choice. Chex corn, wheat. Also nuts to add to cereal for protein.

Bar tenders did not know how to make simple drinks like rum and coke, gin and tonic

The breakfasts were very good and a nice selection of food. Our room had a beautiful view out the window of fields and hills. All the employees were very nice and helpful.

Breakfast options were appreciated. I liked the onsite venue for wedding events was connected to hotel, making it extremely convenient. Facility can support many event types due to event area and lounge.

Everything was great, clean, staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I was a little worried about such a remote location as to what type of place we would be able to find, but this was a great place! Thank you for making our family comfortable!

Good breakfast, varied items. Newer facility, unusual for smaller town. We used it as a base for nearby attractions.

Being frugal, I would have liked a smaller pricetag, but wasn't too much.
