I travel for work and there are not a lot of great options in this area. I was nervous to stay here as it is not part of a large chain but I have been VERY impressed. The property is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, breakfast is complimentary, and they were kind enough to have all of my check-in paperwork ready upon my arrival as I wasn’t going to be getting there until midnight. Check in was so quick and easy and I was off to bed in no time. I will stay here again when I am traveling this area of ND!

I arrived, having cancelled my credit card because it was hacked, with only cash. Plenty of cash to pay for my reserved room. Then I was told that I could not pay with cash. That is unacceptable. because I had to be in Bowman, I could not drive elsewhere to find a room. Fortunately an extraordinarily good friend paid for the room with credit card by phone. This shortcoming in your business practice should be announced when making a booking.

We were just passing through on our way to Montana and didn’t have high expectations as Bowman is a small town. We were pleasantly surprised at what a great facility the Bowman Lodge & Convention Center turned out to be. The room was spacious and clean; the rest of the facilities were nice; and it was a great place to get a good nights sleep before continuing on our trip.

I think they are due for an update of towels in the bathroom. They were thin and small. They served the purpose, but could be so much better.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The entire facility was neat and clean. The breakfast was good by my husband's standards.

I would have liked to have had water to drink and a different menu the second day for breakfast. Our TV might have had some issues, but it could have been the stations too - the picture on all channels bounced around and faded in and out.

The hotel was a convenient "half-way location" after spending a day in the Theodore Roosevelt National Park en route to Custer State Park in South Dakota. While in the middle of no where (sorry Bowman!!), the property more than met my expectations with friendly staff, clean rooms, and a nice complimentary breakfast. Also impressed they were conducting a community drive for school supplies in their lobby!

Really no complaints!

We enjoyed the room size - the suite was spacious, clean, and met our needs. The on site restaurant food was delicious and decently priced. Our family enjoyed the slightly heated pool, & appreciated the complimentary breakfast available during our stay.

I didn't like that various signs on site and on website indicated 24hr pool, spa, and fitness center but sign directly at pool stated only open 9am-9pm. Staff indicated only the fitness center was 24hrs, so was slightly disappointed the signage and website weren't up to date and accurate.

This is a good hotel that feels new with a nice restaurant/bar, comfortable rooms, a gym, and a pool. Should you decide that Bowman, ND is the place to be, then this is the place for you.

Aside from the bison statues in the lobby, this place felt like it needed a little bit more character to make it stand out of be distinctive/memorable. Regardless, it did the job!

The staff & food was excellent in your restaurant. Overall, our room accommodations met our expectations.

If I took a tour of the hotel before my reservation was booked, I wouldn’t have stayed there. The stairs going up to our room were “extremely” dirty. Usually, that’s an indication of the “overall” cleanliness of a hotel. Surprisingly, the room was clean. Thank you!

Large room and bathroom. The hotel provided a rag for customer use. Such a handy and useful idea! coin operated laundry facility for guests.

Breakfast hours ended at 9:00 even on weekend morning (Sunday). Breakfast was sparse with few options, especially for guests needing to avoid gluten and/or sugar. The Raisin Bran had Fruit Loops in the dispenser.

Just one of our favorite places to stay. Great food at the restaurant also.

That the pool closes so early on the weekends could at least be 10. Also that the restaurant is always swamped and they stopped serving people the one night we were there. We arrived back at the hotel after attending an event and were not able to get any food. This is one reason we stay there knowing there is a restaurant also.
