Didn't have breakfast

That I had to sign up to a rewards program just to use free wifi. These days even the cheap hotels have free wifi. Why on earth should I pay more for wifi access when I already paid a premium for a nice room at a nicer hotel?

I enjoyed our stay. The room, the breakfast and other things were good.

The pool temperature was too cold! I'd give your hotel a 10 rating but the pool temperature knocked it down. The pool facilities are great but the temperature is too cold.

Had major issue with booking company but your managers were very helpful.

I thought the price increase due to tournament was very extreme

Interior design is very stylish and the pool has a slide that is unique compared to other hotels.

We were not allowed to check in early. We were just 15 mins early.

Exceptionally attractive property. Large, clean lobby. Comfortable, but unremarkable room. Nothing special.

Fridge didn't cool. Average breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable. I wish there was more separation between sofa bed and the king bed. I also wish there was a tv in that area.

The shower, the bed, the tv, the bathroom.

We could get the wifi to work for one of us. He was on airplane mode and staff couldn’t help.

Clean facility .. nice indoor water park for the kids .. decent breakfast.

Room amenities were bad no toiletries or even bottled water. Shower was weak

Threshold in bathroom stuck up a bit could have been a trip hazard

most comfortable bed, we havent had a lot of experience travelling but this was the best we have stayed in. Breaky was adequate although coffee wasnt great. The pool area would make any child happy with the slides and all, i wished we had kids or grandkids with us.
