As soon as we got in the toilet had issues. The awesome lady at the front desk moved us immediately with no issues. The room was clean, beds good slightly firm which i like. They are spacious rooms for the price.

The small bathrooms. My knees almost touched the wall at the first room. Frig and freezer set on 0 at both rooms. I understand saving money but we needed a frig immediately and it took awhile to cool down.

Was our second night staying first night was in a queen recommended not to get a queen It was nasty and small you could sit on the toilet And drink out of the sink at the same time. Got a king the next night didn't even look like the same hotel. King room was beautiful comfortable beds highly recommend the kings..

The breakfast was just fine. Mostly coffee, juice, cereal and pastries, but they also had a hot option if you asked the staff.

The bathroom fixtures are somewhat dated and the tile needs to be replaced in the shower.

If you want breakfast I would just go to a nearby restaurant or fast food.

Having a night stand on both sides of the bed would be nice with a lamp that has USB ports

really there was no breakfast. due to all the covid crap most hotel/motels have cut back or stopped it. no cereal no milk no Danish nothing really for breakfast but rice crispy treats and pop tarts. the linen smelled clean bathroom was very clean. the staff was friendly but not sure why but it took way into the day 3/4/5 pm before some rooms where cleaned, maybe thats the plan or like everybody else short staffed. the neighborhood was a bit run down (methville) but lucky thing! there was a police station right across the street. Awesome! but no troubles at all our 3 nights there. and staff was awesome. we will stay there again.

For the price, Brown’s was a sweet deal. Close to Maysville and our king room had been remodeled recently. Front desk clerk was so kind and fun and made restaurant and pub suggestions. Coming back in two weeks, will stay here.

Breakfast was the best but coffee was fresh

The toilet seats was locked it and moved while using the restroom. Could be more cleaner.

Front desk was super helpful and nice room was as described and a good value

Room didn't have a coffee maker for my evening tea but I just put the water in the microwave.

Updated rooms, no carpets in rooms. Clean rooms.

You couldn't adjust the shower head pressure at all. And there was no coffee maker in the room.
