The friendliness of the entire staff. All that I encountered were nice and acknowledged my presence, they did not look down or away to avoid me.

The chairs in handicap room 110 did not have any arm rest. Part of .y handicap requires me to rest my arms on a rest. Two chairs no rest. Tried sitting in bed using pillows, while it did work for a short amount of time it was uncomfortable.

There was a pool.

Beds were not the best. Room had trash cans on the counter on arrival. I think someone got interrupted while clean the room and left and forgot to come back. No towels in room many hairs in shower.

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly and the guy at the front desk when I checked out was also very nice.

I did not like the noise from the work being done on the first floor and the room was clean but the paint smell was so strong and you can tell that the room was not wiped down before placing a guest in the room after work was done. As a hotel inspector and someone with a cleaning business nothing go unnoticed but other than that the bed was very comfortable and the shower was clean.

The breakfast was great. They kept it well stocked. Everyone was friendly.

The only problem we had was in the bathroom. The water would change from cold to hot on its own in the shower and vice versus. They assured us it was scheduled to be fixed.

Everything. The room was nice, my kids were excited to be here. It was their first time going to a hotel and my oldest daughter's birthday. Location was great, I had surgery scheduled for Monday morning and this was the perfect distance. Would highly recommend.

The property was pretty clean, the staff were nice, and the breakfast was fun for my kids.

There were a couple of cracks that appeared to be foundational, in the room. Large crack around the AC, and above the ceiling area by the clothes rack. The AC was also dusty, which was slightly concerning because my immune system is weak.

All the basic services were great.

The Biz center computer may have had several viruses on it. I don't know for sure. But trial McAfee app continued to pop up and wipe my browser.

Breakfast was good. Location adequate and easy to locate. Clean facility. Staff friendly.

Little bit of noise around 11-0200 hours. Otherwise was fine

The pool was nice. My grandkids really enjoyed it.

The breakfast was just so so. The elevator made such a loud scary noise that my grandkids didn't want to use it.
