Not enough hot food. Biscuits were hard and cold but the staff was accommodating and "nuked" our biscuits.

Noisy heater. Loud neighbors above and beside us on both sides. Considering it was a holiday and there were plenty of vacant rooms we believe guests should have been spaced out for a more pleasant stay. Our neighbors ran their TV ALL NIGHT LONG and had loud arguments. The neighbor above us enjoyed rolling the desk chair all over the floor like children like to do.

My family and I have stayed at SureStay about this same time every year for 3 years now and the staff has always been very friendly and accommodating to our needs (if any). The rooms are updated and very nice! Location is good, a 5 minute drive to just about anywhere in the city.

Literally the only complaint i have from this stay is that I didn't like how housekeeping left the curtains open after tidying my room during my stay.

We love the cleanliness, cheerful and helpful staff and to sleep in comfort.

Breakfast was good but a little on the cold side. We got there about 7 & if there were a microwave available to heat my plate of food would be excellent.

Was close to the Chickasaw visits we had and a great rate that included breakfast. My kids loved the waffles!

I prefer interior corridors but for the price this was perfect!

Left before the breakfast was out. Location is somewhat hard to find and there needs to be a bigger sign out on the main road. It is easy to miss this property.

space to eat breakfast small, felt like floor in the rooms which was a hardwood laminate could have been swept better felt gritty may be sand from outside. otherwise good room HVAC was good

The room was exceptionally clean. Well decorated, simple, but very nice and modern.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbors say. My toilet seat was broken. However, definitely will not keep me from staying again. I was impressed with the value.

Would like if it had a room (larger than breakfast area) for guests who want to entertain a friend and not be in our hotel room.

Great value and meet our needs! We was worried at first because of the great price but the worries were just because of past places we had stayed, this one was great!
