After booking.com put me in a king size bed heavy smoke room when I'm allergic to it which is always the case you never offer a preference in smoking or can u take the stairs. Also I had to download the app. over after I broke my phone when I fell and so I had to start all over on my points. The guy at desk at Village Inn was nice enough to give me a double bed no smoking and no deposit. I will never use Booking com again!! I will use this motel from now on I finally found a good one! Nice clean remodeled rooms. Excellent customer service.!!😊😊

Put in heavenly smoke room I am allergic to and king bed. I already had a bad experience and left motel I was originally booked in due to somebody dead bolting door from inside and I couldn't get in or get the manager on the phone so I left.

Convenient location, good locks on doors. Room was spacious and clean. The 1 AC wasn't enough to cool the whole room but it wasn't terribly hot either. The mini fridge was small but worked for us. The staff was courteous and efficient.

There was an odd smell in the room, sort of like wet carpet, but could have been from the AC unit. The microwave was loosely plugged into the wall so would turn off if bumped but we didn't need to use it so wasn't an issue for us.

This little motel actually surprised me. It was cleaner than I thought it would be. I stayed for 7 days for work and had no issues whatsoever. Will stay again.

The first 2 nights I could hear the neighbors tv blaring through the wall. Some of the furniture was a little outdated and worn.

Checking in was a breeze! It's cheap and really clean. No smells or stains in the room and the beds were comfortable and clean. The whole room was clean. I was very impressed with it for how cheap it was and how clean the rooms were it's a quiet place and feels safe. We will be staying again in the future.

I have stayed at this facility three times now. Never disappoints. Clean, quite. I sleep well. Very pleased and recommend highly. I will be back in about six months.

We just needed a place to sleep for the night. This was comfortable, quiet, and affordable. This place still offers smoking in-room. Although we don't smoke cigarettes anymore, we do partake in other smoking activities, so we took advantage of that.

Clean and comfortable

There were no bed side lamps, so used the light on my phone to read by. Mentioned it to the lady at front desk when I checked out, she said there were small lights in the ceiling, but I didn’t see them.

This little motel is clean and comfortable. I have stayed there 2 times and would stay there again. It is an older motel but the floors, bathroom and linens are clean. The beds are comfortable.

I like the customer service at the front desk and also that my room was clean and smelled good.

it could have been extra wash cloths and towels to use inside the room.
