The breakfast was just under the quality and selection of a Best Western. I understand the breakfast was called "continental"; however, there are travelers and working crews would appreciate a larger selection.

A larger breakfast selection should be considered. The dining area was very noisy due to the following: 1) at least four loud AC units 2) two vending machines 3) other compressors 4) TV The combination of all these noise generators contribute to a very noisy space for conversation.

My husband and I traveled to Altus for a work conference for 1 night. We thought the location, price, and room cleanliness were great. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a nice treat so we didn't have to rush around before our meeting. The front desk attendants we saw were both very helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay in Altus.

Breakfast could use a little work. There was jelly and cream cheese for bagels or toast but there were no bagels or toast. When we first arrived the room we were given had a slight damp smell and the bed was broken. I reported it to the front desk she promptly moved us to a different room that we found much more suitable.

It was easy to get to. It was clean and adequate space for two people. The young man that checked us in was very personable and made us feel welcomed. We stayed at this hotel back in August of this year and he was the one that checked us in then as well! We were pleased he was still there!!

I am sure the small amount of stuff available for breakfast is part of what keeps the cost down but a little more to offer for breakfast would be nice.

I traveled from Arkansas for my son's graduation,,, on Friday the 10th ,, your afternoon reception is super sweet an friendly,, hard to find good people like her , iv work in customer service an was in management ,, anywho she great definitely a keeper , when I come back i will definitely stay again if she's their i cant remember her name,,, but she work the day i check in

It was well light, and wasn't noisy. Was very peaceful and relaxing like I need before I did my job the next day.

The only issue I had was the battery's were dead on the remote one lamp had a burned out light and there was feces on the floor by the door.was disappointed the indoor pool was down though

The hospitality. Very helpful. I was so impressed with how they accepted my check in early request free of charge. When you first walk in all you could her was welcoming you.

No issues or concerns

I liked the location due to the fact that it's located close to my favorite restaurant which is the Western Sizzlin Buffet.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the elevator was temporarily out of service and I had to walk upstairs to the second floor to get to my room

Would like lighting next to bed to be adjustable. I wanted to read and friend in the other bed wanted to sleep and there was no way to turn down my bright light. Even though it was on my side it still disturbed them.

The people were very friendly and the rates were good.

The room needed some updates, carpet was stained and lifting in spots, the toilet ran unless you wiggled the handle every time you used the bathroom and most of the room light bulbs were out.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet. We enjoyed our visit.

The facility needs a little tlc.
