We arrived late on Friday and the office closed at 10, we called the number and the tenant promptly greeted us! She was worried about our safety since it was so late. She even upgraded us to a nicer room free of charge, honestly she alone was the star of our stay. She even was able to help us out a little later in the night when we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower 😂 I unfortunately do not remember her name but she gets 5-stars from us!

The only thing that was SLIGHTLY inconvenient was that the tub didn’t drain the best and would back up when showering

The desk clerk was very friendly. The room had hangers, and a few toiletries in the room. The kind size bed was nice and comfy. There is a nice sized refrigerator and a microwave. This room contained a twin size sleeper sofa which we did not use. The walls between the rooms were adequate as I did not hear either neighbor.

We specifically booked the room so we could avoid fireworks on July 4th. Unfortunately, people were shooting off fireworks until after 1 am across the street. Sigh. This has nothing to do with this establishment but it was very upsetting to our dachshund so we got no sleep. The air conditioner ran all night in order to stay cool enough, which was a bit loud.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful when I called trying to find the motel. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The AC worked well.

It was difficult to locate in the dark as Google maps did not work well in Alva and there was not a lighted sign. The shower did work well once I realized it was plumbed backwards. Just had to move lever toward cold to get warm water. Then figured out how to turn it on. The facility is older and could use some upkeep. The ice machine was not working

Clean, affordable, and good location. The staff were extremely helpful and knew a lot about the area. First visit to Alva and so I wanted to stop and see the Salt Plains on my way back. The front desk staff gave me all the advice and helped me out greatly. So friendly!

The staff was awesome. Usually, hotels like this make me nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was even though it was outdated. The bathrooms are small. No roaches or built-up dust. The receptionist was as sweet as she could be

Once I tried to log onto one of three Ranger Inn wi-fi accounts and chose the wrong one, I could never get the correct services to show on either my phone or my laptop. Hence, NO wifi.

The management and office staff were amazing. I actually enjoyed visiting the office I liked the price. The rooms were very clean, walking distance to many options for food and usually fairly quiet

I've stayed at the Ranger Inn multiple times over the years when I visit Alva. I grew up in Alva and remember when it was built. It's older but it's clean and comfortable. Price is great.

Comfortable bed. Good location. Lady at front desk was super friendly and nice!

There were no cups for coffee. Bed looked like it hadn't been changed-sheets were wrinkled. There was only one pillow per person. Couch in room was saggy and cushions were very worn out. Room didn't look as nice as pictured.

The wonderful woman who greeted me at the front desk was prepared and a great welcome to Alva The room was great. Well appointed and clean.
