Very new and clean! Wonderful linens. Quincy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Gave us a downstairs room when he realized we were an "older" couple. Much appreciated since there was no elevator which is something we've found common in 2 story properties.

This hotel was a surprise. I learned it just opened in early 2025 so it is brand new. The location was great as I was on a trip and passing through. Everything was great.

No elevator. No juice is available in the breakfast area. Staff walking around with an earbud in. I asked for no housekeeping on the intake form, yet someone came in and took the towel and the bath floormat and did not replace them. No housekeeping means I don't want people in my room while I stay there. I paid and reserved a King Room. I got a double queen. At 6'9" tall, I'd like the larger bed.

The hotel clerk during one of the nights we stayed was outside smoking a joint in the roundabout right by the doors. Stunk the whole lobby up. We needed help in the hotel concession area, just had to write on the back of a card what we got and our room number because she was outside smoking. Not impressed.

Not informed there was no elevator. We are 69 and 72 years old. However—was offered help to get put belongings up the stairs. Just wasn’t told there were no elevators until we came in with out luggage
