The hotel was nicer than expected for the cost of the stay. We were traveling with 2 kittens and the room was very accommodating. Nice size with plenty of room for them to play. We were surprised by the large refrigerator, there was actually 2 in the room. Both worked well. The bathroom was roomy with the basic essentials. It was nice that there were 4 towels vs. the standard 2 towels. The air conditioner was nice and cool The room was clean and did not smell like pets or smoke. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillow options. There was a nice cushioned bench in front of the window, perfect for our cats to sleep on, plenty big enough for their beds and toys. Overall it was a very nice and comfortable room.

The water pressure in the shower could have been better, but it was good enough. The in-room coffee pot did not work but they had coffee available in the lobby. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, the noises were not the normal AC sounds, so it was a bit hard to fall asleep initially because it was distracting. Overall the issues were minor and I would stay there again.

The management was very accommodating in correcting the changes of an additional day the Bookings said I had to arrange with the hotel which caused misunderstanding, no updated reservation and additional anxiety, but Mr. Sid along with management corrected with their intervention. The room was clean and adequate. The breakfast was usual fair, with good coffee, eggs and pancake prep, and good bread assortment, only had sausage on the weekend, biscuits were good but the gravy were water

Only had sausage on the weekend, the biscuits were really good taste and texture but the gravy was watery with very little sausage. The TV remote controllers were cheap and had to go through three over three a three day period. The bathroom door squeaked a lot. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and you couldn't really hear your neighbors. Breakfast was delicious and had a nice variety of choices. The heated indoor pool looked wonderful, though we didn't have a chance to try it. We will definitely stay here again.

The House was beautiful. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. I had to leave to go to the ER the morning we checked out, and the staff was helpful and understanding as I left my family to get everything out. We highly recommend this house.

We didn’t mind climbing the stairs, but it would be difficult for some.

It was nice & the bed was comfortable but the room smelt a little musty. It was clean overall and the continental breakfast was nice.

The musty smell & all the dog poop right by the back door areas. We have bags & pick up after our pets & maybe it would help to inform those who don’t pick up after their pets to let them know they need to do so.

I checked in extremely late and they were very kind and courteous. Without me even inquiring they asked if I would like a late check out. Normally when I check in late other places the desk employee has just been woken up and very unwelcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Very clean Bed was comfortable Room got very warm during the night... AC settings was not consistent? Nice sized refrigerator! I travel a lot and stay in hotels for business.. It was a nice surprise.

The freezer was on but did not keep food frozen. I was shocked in the morning to find everything thawed out. Noise of ppl once in their rooms in the middle of the night, kept waking us up.

where to start?! Great location Parking lot was well lit. Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Our room was spacious, with a king size bed that was super comfortable, a desk and reading chair as well as mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom had ample counterspace, had a vented fan and was well lit. The showerhead was the best I have ever experienced. (We plan to get something similar for our home). I loved that there were three towels available. Someone has figured out that an extra towel is nice to wrap around long hair after washing it. The towels were bright white, without stains or fraying. The breakfast offered a wide array of choices — waffles, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, scrambled eggs and sausage, bagels, English muffins, regular bread, bananas, and tiny muffins. Best of all was the affordable price; we plan to stay here again in future.

Breakfast fare was standard,nothing exceptional but the attendant at breakfast was attentive and efficient. The location was convenient. We liked having a full-size refrigerator in the room and the bed was comfortable.

On entering the first room we got, we found that the smoke detector was beeping. When calling the front desk we thought it odd that when alerting the staff we were told we could remove the battery for the night and stay there or they would give us another room. We took the other room.

Clean modern room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had multiple hot options in addition to the normal options. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy access to the highway.
