John (Big John) was a great first impression! Great personality and very friendly! Was checking in after a night of terror at another hotel in Enid and had little hope any place was going to be good. John made us feel very welcome and explained everything about your hotel! Will only recommend your hotel in Enid moving forward!!

Chlorine smell from pool area! This was bad for me as I have a lung injury that was exacerbated by even walking by the pool area(hallway). Salt water pools are becoming a thing more and more. Think that would put you over the top!!

It was clean and extremely nice.

Management is a little stuck up and rude. They also do not fallow booking policy’s. (The pay when you get there option that booking offers isn’t something the hotel allows they ran my card instantly then proceed to call me several times while I was at work). Also the charge has been pending on my card since July 9th an I still have yet to receive my deposit back.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and just what I needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel room was very large and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

Literally the ONLY thing I wasn't crazy about was the "rain" shower. There was no water pressure and it took forever to shower, but that would NOT prevent me staying here again. This hotel was clean and perfect!

When I first stepped into the room, I wished I had booked another day to stay. The interior is lovely! It smells good and is so clean. Breakfast is fantastic, too! The location is excellent! It's close to where I wanted to go. I'd book my next trip here.

It was very nice and clean. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The room was nice. Bathroom was huge. Bed was comfortable.

A tad expensive compared to other hotels in the area.

From the moment I checked in -they were so helpful by helping me get my luggage to my room. I am handicap and going through chemotherapy so it means a lot to me! They are also very friendly and kind- The breakfast is amazing.

This was the perfect location for our sons graduation from Flight school at Vance. The night ball was right next door. We did not know that when we booked. We got in very early and the front staff let us check in early so we could get ready for a 3oclock event. I also loved that this is a hotel that is still cleaning your room when you stay ( if you put a sign out) . I have not experienced this since Pre Covid. Yah Glo

The breakfast and location was wonderful. Truly enjoyed the yogurt bar at breakfast. The friendly staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. My mother and I were highly impressed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with good variety and coffee was delicious.

I like the swimming pool, however, I wish the water was warmer. Also, I was hoping there was a Jacuzzi.

We did not have towels or washcloths in the room. Called front desk and they brought towels that were not folded and said they had come out of the dryer 10 min prior. We thought that was odd for a hotel.
