The bed was heavenly. The breakfast was delicious. Convenient location, even with the road construction.

The tub was really slippery, even with the non-slip things on it. You charge a pet fee, which is fine. But then you make guests sign another paper stating you'll charge a cleaning fee if there's pet hair on the bedding. That's what that original pet fee is for. And since you should be washing the linen after each guest, there should be no reason for an additional fee. Pets have hair, and pet owners get hair on them.

Breakfast was good there was plenty to choose from. However the chairs were either too loo or the table too high .. felt like It was mismatched

Upon checking in I had asked for 6 coffee packets for the room as I’m an avid coffee drinker and the girl whom checked me in only gave me 2 and said I could come down to main lobby as there’s coffee here all the time. I don’t like getting ready without my coffee and didn’t want to come down to the lobby. But she wasn’t very accommodating.

hotel near I40 construction going on still easy enough to getto. My car is in the ford shop being repaired hotel is right next to Ford. It was much quiet than i expected . Very clean. Many breakfast selections good bath products. Very well lit outside . Exercise room well equipped. 20$ cheaper than other hotels . Newer construction.

First of all i would have booked directly w LaQuinta but web site faulty. Pool not open. Was put in room by elevator/ice machine. Didnt complain but but in the morning it obvious hotel wasnt full. Would prefer room overlooking parking lot . So didnt affect my rating they prob just fill in rooms. Coffee is meh. Nightlight in bathroom

The Staff was very pleasant. The lady in-charge of the breakfast bar did an outstanding job. She was continually refreshing the food and coffee. Food was very good. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds that had lots of pillows. AC/Heater worked well as did the TV. Plenty of clean, comfortable towels for the two of us. Great place for an overnight, or maybe longer stay!

They failed to read my special request for a first floor room (I am a 80% disabled Army Veteran with an GSD service dog) and ended up putting us on the third floor nor did they contact me ahead of tme to tell me that they were unable to honor my special request which made it impossible for me to rearange my plans. Frustrating. This was our 2nd stay here and did not have this issue when we stayed here in January 2023.

We loved that it was clean and we felt safe. The staff were so nice and friendly and the breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy as well as cereals, toast, etc. Something for everyone. The beds were comfortable. It's right off of I40 so perfect.

Honestly we can't think of a thing. We were completely satisfied.

Good but the hallways need extra attention they smell like sewer at least 2nd floor smells really bad

Smelly 2nd floor smell like sewerage Also, I needed extra pillow and staff said they were completely out which I thought was odd I always use 2 and since my kids and husband were with me we were short 1 and they couldn't even come up with 1 extra pillow.

The room was nice an warm when we entered. Was appreciated as the weather was cold. Shower pressure was excellent and bed was very omfortable.

The remote in the room did not work. Was stuck on the Nickelodeon Channel which isn't a preference for two middle aged adults. Took two requests to correct it.

Very new and clean place with friendly staff, right off highway.

Not the hotel fault, but a sign is posted at front door in English and Spanish asking people with muddy boots to take them off before coming inside. A group of what energy company workers staying at hotel pulled up in a van and they walked right in with their muddy boots on.

Breakfast had good selections-hot food and cold options. The breakfast area was clean and well maintained.our room was clean and comfortable. Pet fee was only $10. There was also a lot of grassy areas for the dog, plus a clean up station.

Nothing with the hotel. There is construction going on at the interstate intersection.

Pet friendly hotel! Small charge for my 95 lbs. GSD, to be expected I guess. Very Very nice hotel! Extremely clean and well kept. Room was immaculate, and I don't use that word lightly. Bed was very comfortable with lots of fluffy pillows. Bathroom was very clean, lots of towels and extra sundries. Breakfast was very good with lots of options available. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. We will definitely stay here again when traveling this way.
