The price was reasonable, and the bed mattresses were comfortable. Having a pool and a hot tub as amenities was a real plus. The bathroom was clean, and it was good to have a little refrigerator in the space.

The room we were going to stay in (first floor) had a very musty smell, and when we checked the bed covers, there were signs of bedbugs. Fortunately, the attendant put is in another room, but on the 2nd floor. Would have been nice to have an elevator to get up there, but it was way better than the 1st floor room.

The staff were top notch! Check in was quick. Staff member Errol should be recognized for being 100% professional and gracious as he both attended the front of the house as well as the dining area simultaneously. Even when a disgruntled guest complained that their breakfast was “warm” (hello, there was a microwave oven 5 feet away) he continued to placate the undeserving guest with positivity and quintessential professionalism.

We loved the location and how convenient it was to unload and get to our room. Hunter was super helpful checking us in, finding us the perfect room and giving dinner suggestions. The pool and hot tub were amazing and so nice after a long trip. The bed was so comfortable, plenty of good pillows and towels, excellent shower, microwave and fridge perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and in working condition.

We arrived very late and were welcomed with a smile. The smoke detector was chirping, and again, the young man at the desk quickly replaced the battery.

Since we arrived late, we came down to breakfast later, though breakfast was still being served. Many of the selections were gone or very limited. It was addressed by staff, but it took a while to get it all reststocked.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly hello and got us checked in quickly. We asked for a room that would be as quiet as possible, and the request was fulfilled with no problems. We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the updated room. The shower worked great. It did take a bit to get the water temperature adjusted as they provided very hot water. We settled in for the night, and the bed was very comfortable. We got up and went for breakfast. We found an adequate amount of food choices, and it was well stocked and kept clean. The food was your typical hotel breakfast. It was ok and got us on our way. Overall, it was a great place to stop for an overnight stay.

We thought the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. There wasn't a big selection of TV channels to choose from.

Incredible mattress and pillows! Best sleep! Very clean room. Tasty breakfast. Helpful welcoming staff. Lots of free parking in private lot. Short drive to good restaurants - Smoking Mule or Al's Oasis.

Not enough outlets in my room for devices I need to charge. Some holes in the concrete sidewalk. Be careful. No elevator to the second floor.

It was right off the highway. The breakfast was better than the usual continental, with eggs and biscuits with gravy. It had the basic room and was clean.

There was no elevator to the second store. They did offer to carry luggage up if needed. However, if physically this would be a problem, be sure to request a first-floor room.

It was great. Get down early for breakfast as selection run out.

Had to gas up my car after check in and my credit card got declined. That was a bit upsetting as it could have been dinner or shopping. Later asked the desk clerk about it. He said it’s hotel policy to put a hold on the card. So yes, that is why your card was denied.

The front desk person was very friendly upon our arrival. She provided clear instruction for parking and access to our room. Breakfast in the morning was quite good. The ice water offered in the lobby was a nice treat! We enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing about the place or our stay there that we did not like. it was ALL GOOD!

OUR ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED WHEN WE RETURNED THAT EVENING. OUR BEDS WERE NOT MADE AND WE DID NOT HAVE CLEAN TOWELS OR SOAP. WAS SURPRISED BY THAT. I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE HOTEL DID NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR. IT WAS VERY HARD FOR ME TO CARRY MY LUGGAGE ETC UPSTAIRS. I ASKED ABOUT 1ST FLOOR BUT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. ELDERY AND PEOPLE WITH HEALTH PROBLEMS NEED TO KNOW THIS.
