Facility was clean, staff was great. Restaurant annexed also had greatMy food a d service.

Room was 2nd floor outer near entrance and above the breakfast dining area. Woke at 4am by car doors, kept awake still at 5am by people talking loud and sliding chairs and or tables in the dining area below. I knew better and usually request a quiet room. My fault.

They were able to give us a first floor room since they do not have an elevator.

The room was pool side and the strong smell of chlorone in the room and the noise was high. Also the carbon dioxide detector starting beeping off and on at 4 pm and couldn't find what wss beeping as hidden under a table.

Very clean, comfortable and great location.

Says pet friendly, which it is but has no desinated walking area. Was told to use the grassy area that had deep grass, ditch like area. Was horrible for small pets. Mow an area for the pets. The pets came out with weeds on them and filthy feet, and probably some bugs too!

Nice staff and checkin was great. I liked having the restaurant connected.

The hot food for breakfast was lacking flavor and was mostly dried up due to sitting in container. The outside doors to rooms were very difficult to open.

Pool could have walk in steps and so could hot tub for older people. Did not like resturaunt . No specialty just pizza and chicken and some sandwiches. Goofed up order. Need to have an elevator , climbing steps is not easy for some people

It was comfortable and my son had a blast on the pool.

The connected restaurant was less than satisfactory. My cheese sticks came out not cooked

Walls separating the rooms are not well insulated. It sounded like the people in the next room were in the same room as me.

Staff, both front desk and restaurant wait staff, were well trained, helpful, and beyond pleasant. Dealing with both was a treat.

The patio door curtains didn't close all the way, and as the pool lights are always on, I had to block them with the occasional char to make the room dark enough. Also, the tv remote buttons didn't all work. I need the close captioning to understand the dialog.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast B+. Love Boss pizza.

Lots of noise this time around Outside the rooms until 12:30 and people up until 2:30.

The kids say they had a very favorable experience at this hotel. Enjoyed the pool and staff the most.
