Hotel was 5 min away from the buffalo river tubing excursion. Check in/out was super fast and the staff was friendly & welcoming. Hotel was spotless, had snacks and drinks available for purchase so you didn’t have to go to the store. I liked the longer hours for the pool (11pm) & the free breakfast was good! Definitely was a much welcomed retreat after spending hours floating down the river! My request to be on the first floor was also met. Nice hotel and would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

I loved everything about the hotel. However there’s not much to do outside of the river. No small shopping areas or farmers market when we went.

The room we stayed in was newly remodeled. I loved the thought they put into it. Everything made sense. Somewhere to put everything. Enough hooks and hanging space. Large vanity space. Very clean, comfy bed. Not far from Loretta Lynns place. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy with real eggs, not the powdery junk other places usually have. The night lady was super nice, I was half asleep when we pulled in and she was very patient and understanding. She gave us some local tips on places to go. The morning lady was just as nice. We met the owners, very nice guys. Glad they keep it up so well. We enjoyed our stay!

It was too rainy and cold to swim but the pool looked a little lack luster. If it had been nice I might have skipped it. They do have a brand new gym though.

I liked how clean it was it even smelted clean when you walked in the lobby.

I didn’t like the lack of attention on 3rd shift when multiple Jeeps were broken in to. That and cameras could have been better. We understand you guys are not responsible for theft. But the person working could walk the property more and or watch cameras while on duty.

Brilliant, wonderful hotel. I was grateful that it was available for the MX event at short notice, despite being entirely booked weeks before, And...I was disappointed to see them taking advantage of "supply and demand" in the amount I paid for a Holiday Inn Express on a Thursday night, especially as a "valued member." Gouging isn't appealing. But, the location, facility, size and quality of the room were excellent. My husband was thrilled at the breakfast! I didn't really engage with staff, so I can't speak on it...

We like the location and the breakfast that served in the mornings and the staff is always so pleasant and nice

We liked staying there but next time we’re gonna request that we don’t be given a room that’s next to the exit door at the end of the building because people were leaving and coming in all night and people are standing outside smoking cigarettes and talking loud and we could hear all of it

The property was very well maintained and very clean. Brooke at the front desk was exceptional. She was friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast was delicious. All staff was kind and friendly.

The staff was very friendly, the place was clean and neat, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was close to places to eat, and had great parking.

This location was what I expect when staying at a Holiday Inn Express. No frills but clean, consistent, and convenient. I liked the set up of locating the elevator away from the rooms to reduce noise.

Very clean, beautiful hotel, roomy and beds are comfy! Also, breakfast was great! Love the cinnamon rolls ❤️

There was nothing that we didn’t like

The property was extremely clean, the staff was phenomenal and the bed was very comfortable. We never ate breakfast at the hotel.
