Have stayed here several times, it serves the purpose. Decent bed and pillows, AC worked well, vending machine, and breakfast. Good hot water and shower.

The room had coffee in it , but no coffee pot. I asked the frone desk and was told, we ran out of those and have been trying to get some more! Wanted to say, I was planning to pay for the room, but I forgot my CC. ! Oh well, they did have coffee at the breakfast.

In a great area

The bathroom smelled like a urinal. I had to put bleach in the toilet and in the shower drain. I understand it was a room for disabled persons I have a hip problem and it just felt unsanitary for me

The rooms are extremely large for a hotel. They have went in and pulled the carpet up in rooms and put down wood grain tile and replaced all the tubs. The rooms come with a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, ironing board, iron and a hair dryer. Very quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast could have been better. They just had waffles, yogurt and muffins.

The breakfast was something I could have gotten at a convenience store. Packaged danish.

Ice machine couldn't keep up with all the construction workers taking it all. Pool was small and trash in large trash cans always full and smelly.

Room was huge, clean and comfortable

Things needed repair, like the bathroom mirror and the bathroom door had appeared to be damaged by water.

Nice clean rooms at affordable rate. Convenient to all of Bay City. In a low traffic area.

TV channel lineup was kinda meh.

Bed and comforter were very comfortable. Room was spacious and everything was up to par.

The complimentary breakfast could use an upgrade.

We didn't get to the breakfast area. Also, with Covid rules still in place, who knows what was offered. The hotel was clean. The clerk at check in was available as soon as we walked in (at 10:30 pm) and helpful. I chose this property because of the inside hallway that allowed access to the rooms, versus the outdoor entry for each room.

We were told at check in (at 10:30 pm) that breakfast ended at 9:00 am (on a Saturday). Of all the hotels I've stayed in, 9:00 has never been the time on weekends. We were not even in the hotel for 12 hours. An extra time for the option of breakfast would have been nice. The AC was set for a 70 degree temperature. It never reached that. The room was warmer than preferred.

Clean and great price and friendly desk clerk.

Was on ground floor and could hear people walking and running upstairs. This went on til after 1am and started back up at 7am.

Location

After walking on floor barefooted , found the both of my feet very dirty when stepping into tub. As if the floors were not correct mopped !
