Very updated, smelled clean when we walked in, and great house cleaning. They exchanged our laundry and made our bed while out which was very nice! The ac worked great as well which was nice to cool off after being in the sun all day! Overall great stay and would stay again! Great location as well!

The towels were small and scratchy but honestly that was it! There was an almost dead cockroach as well which was probably from being sprayed for bugs but still was not fun to see but I understand it happens!

It was easy to get in and out and the staff was a blessing and very helpful.

The TV was good but half of the channels were a little bit to much static to see and there was no small table that could be used to eat at.

Parking right in front of the door is so convenient. Easy to unload, etc.

Please get rid of the rose bushes that are next to the cars. Hard to exit the vehicle and not get poked. Also, can you seal the doors better? Some have a huge gap at top/bottom.

It was very clean. It smelled nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Shelley was amazing and make sure our stay was comfortable. She make sure we had our wash cloths and towels ! She was so courteous!!

We had a beautiful view, the dock or docks, or very nice! Not to mention our room stay nice and cool, and it was so hot outside

Clean rooms. Housekeeping does a great job. Every time I stay at this property I know the rooms and maintenance are great. WI FI works great.

Walls are a little thin, so you can hear everything in next room. Plus, group of workers were partying in the parking lot.

Room was clean and comfortable, Staff was friendly, even remembered the details of my trip and purpose for the stay. would stay again if I'm ever back in Breckenridge

It was a nice size room, remodeling looked good. The bed wasn't too comfy but it was a nice stay. Had no problems. Pretty quiet and relaxing. I would go back.

I liked having a place to stay that was local. For the age of the property, it was well maintained, clean and comfortable.

I booked this motel for our annual dove hunt. It is close to where we hunt. It is comfortable and has all the amenities we need. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The facility was remodeled a few years ago and while it is nice, there are some additional maintenance items in the showers and bathrooms that could be addressed. Not a big issue just cosmetic.
