Staff was very friendly, location was near everything, staff provided clean towels and linen when needed, and overall the room was clean. I was very impressed. If I were visiting again id choose this place again.

Not much to dislike. The establishment is older so the floors were peeling up, and the breakfast area/ office where staff work was very warm.(Probably needed new A/C or more fans). Ohhh and room phone didn't work. But again not much to dislike.

From the front office to the cleaning staff, all were friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. Our room had a separate sitting area from the bedroom. 2 TVs good size refrigerator with freezer and micro. The place is being updated and needed a bit of touch-ups in the room. Was a good stay quiet area. Hopefully returning soon.

The only thing was the finishing details in the room....unfinished paint, restroom door didn't close minor details, it's all coming together.

I have stayed here many times and honestly am just tired of the same breakfast, no variety. always the same and sometimes the tortillas are hard . Was looking forward to biscuits and gravy last time but there was none.

did request late check out but housekeeping still knocked and disturbed us early that morning. would like to see more variety at breakfast

Great location to view the total eclipse. Price was very high, but that's supply and demand! Close to Lake Amistad. Rudy's Texas BBQ very close by for that traditional Texas eating experience. Breakfast was a bit overwhelmed by the number of travellers, Eggs and potato tots (I think that's what they are called) were great but there was no bacon (sad face)

Floor had some gaps between boards, but I think the hotel is mid-refurb.

The staff are exceptional.

The breakfast changed up. Other times I stayed there were more options for juice drinks and warm breakfast was exceptionally different from any other place I stayed. Hope they change it back as I plan to stay again in the future.

I really loved the price and how clean the room was. I liked the staff and the free breakfast so I will be definitely be going back in the future.

Location was convenient, Breakfast was yummy, Staff was friendly and professional, room was clean and very comfortable. The fridge and microwave were a nice surprise.

Tub was a little small and cloth shower curtain allows water to drip onto bathroom floor.

The staff were amazing. You can tell they take pride in their work and were so kind. They made this trip from good to excellent.

The rooms are a bit run down and dark. The sofa bed mattress was pretty stained and dirty. The room itself was clean though and it smelled clean.

Good coffee, helpful staff.

Refrigerator did not work, but I was offered to change rooms which I declined.

We missed breakfast all together. Our fault. The hotel is being remodeled. Loved the built-in shelf in the bathroom over the bath tub. Great idea.

Vinyl floors. It rained like crazy and those floors get slick when wet. Towels need an upgrade too,
