I loved how clean the room was

It could of used more lighting in the room the lamps didn't give off enough light

most of the staff was friendly the first day we checked in but there was a lady who was quite rude. and towels for bathing were stained🥵

Rate was very reasonable, especially since we booked last minute, parking lot was very well lit, which made us feel safe, staff was excellent, room was very big, beds were super comfortable, overall great hotel, will absolutely recommend.

I liked that the beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

I didn't like that I reserved a suite with a king size bed and with a jacuzzi but when I got to the hotel they had tp put is in a room with a king size bed and handy cap accessible didn't even have a tub just a stand up and had to hold water dispenser to shower. I went to the front and switched to a 2 bed room but that's not what I paid for. Also the hand towels in the room were all stained with yellow and brown. I also didn't like that it also says free breakfast but when I went down stairs they said they didn't have free breakfast.
