it was nice to have breakfast ready to go. without having to leave the facility.

after booking on the card and booking.com saying that I could pay at the facility. I chose to do that. when I got home after a one-day stay, I realized I had been charged at the hotel too. somebody should clean up their act. it was okay in the end because they did refund my money on my card, but that could have been embarrassing.

I can't say enough good thing about Holiday Inn Expresss Hotel. During our trip to Texas, we stayed at 3 different locations and liked them all. Everything was well-thought from the chexk-in, check-out process (believe or not, it took us less than a minutes!) to the little things like a welcome note. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed: microwave, fridge, coffee maker, iron and board... On top of that, staffs were very friendly and helpful. .. I can go on and on and on and on but try them by youself on your next trip, you'll be glad you did. BTW, the complimentary breakfast was excellent! it makes me want to come staying ust for it I hope my review helps others as previous reviews helped me. Happy travel everyone!

Breakfast was very good.

When we walked in the room someone received us it was a roach, we came from south carolina so it was like seeing a palmetto bug, so we let it pass but did told front desk about it any way we checked in around 12 night and had to walk down stairs cause we didn't have a fitted sheet, flat sheet or a blanket and had booked my romm for 6 people and had to get towels cause only had 3 big towels.

The price I was quoted,was correct ,but they do add a$ 25.00 hold on your card ,but other

They must struggle a little with the problem of cockroaches, they must fumigate a little, otherwise everything is very well.

The guy that checked us in didn’t seem too friendly seemed when asked for blanket he don’t want to give to us

Everything!! This is where we will be staying every time we come in to see our family. We stayed 5 nights & The staff was amazing!! The front desk staff made sure we had everything we needed & made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was hot & delicious 😋
