Beautiful place, our second stay, we’ve come in late both trips and the staff is great no matter the time of day! Lot of beautiful art and love the industrial spin they put on it. Always clean and smells well. Even with a full Friday night lobby it was not bothersome for the guests.

The beds. Very uncomfortable, had dips in them, The shower m, leaked all over the floor with in minutes, the seals were not great.

Excellent design, high quality furnishings, good food, Starbucks on site, bar with big screen TVs, free parking in a dedicated car park, big rooms… It was just an excellent hotel and so much better than anything else in the area.

Service in the restaurant in the mornings was a bit frustrating due to the inexperience and total lack of confidence of the young staff, but it’s a small issue. I’d definitely visit again.

All the art and sculptures were beautiful. I liked that the garage had access to the actual hotel. The M Lounge was great, always had snacks and drinks readily available. Pool was clean and the pool side bar service was nice. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. B & D Restaurant was very nice. Food was great. Drinks were delicious.

There wasn’t a whole lot we didn’t like. If we had any complaint, I guess it would have been that the pool itself could’ve have been a bit more shaded. I mean not a huge inconvenience and the pillows are nice and fluffy but I’d probably just bring my own pillows next time. Other than that no issues.

We were very happy about the pool and hotel in itself.

We were having a special birthday in the restaurant and I had stated we were making reservations for a special birthday. The staff did not make mention the entire meal of a birthday, and it was obvious by my daughter wearing bday things. As we walked out, it was acknowledged. Just thought that at a nice place as it is, better service. Thank you

I was surprised of how nice and beautiful the whole hotel is, super clean, the bed is super comfortable, the staff very professional and kind, I really recommended this place

The shower head was damage I guess because the salt in the water is the only thing I can complain, but not a big thing, the shower was big and with all the accessories you need.

Beautiful place and service is amazing i just loved the place definitely my favorite place rooms are clean spacious and comfortable so my number 1 for when i travel for business.. i was there for the black and white gala ball and this place definitely is stunning

We started our staycation at the pool…Beautiful area of the hotel. The lunch we had poolside was absolutely delicious. Dinner at their restaurant was just as fantastic! We ended the evening listening to live music in the lobby area! Breakfast the next morning was a knockout!! We will definitely be back!

Everything! Especially the housekeeping was extremely friendly and on top of everything! The house keeping supervisor Vanessa I believe that was her name always greeted us throughout the halls & elevators and made sure we had everything we needed. Extremely satisfied with housekeeping. They deft need a RAISE! Throughout the hotel was nice!

Only thing I disliked was that I had to walk thru the bar area to go to the pool, the other side entrance to the pool was closed would of been nice to have a hostess on the other entrance of the pool, and check verification of stay & provide wristbands to swim.

The large shrimp was the best. I give the food a 10. The hotel was pretty. The location was great.

Lumpy hallway carpet.I could hear walking a lot. I guess it's expected.

Very nice and neat. Staff was awesome. Very clean environment! Everything looks brand new. Great room set up. This is absolutely the Best place to stay when in town!

The parking garage and elevator set up could be improved, and cleaned up a little better. Such a nice interior and exterior, if the parking area was up to the rest of the expectations of the rest of the campus it would be a home run.
