The staff here are ALWAYS nice. The mattress is comfortable. When I left here, I stayed at a Sleep Inn and now my back is out. Never again. I think we need to stop thinking that if the hotel “looks nice,” it must be comfortable. Not so. This hotel is the only hotel where I can fall asleep. It’s isolated so it feels like you’re on an island. There is a store next to it. But the hotel is quiet and the breakfast is the best around.

There were a lot of flies swarming the bench this time and the smell of dogs. I don’t know what that was about.

It was very clean

The staff was very rude, the man who checked us in was on a personal call on his AirPods and didn’t acknowledge us just gave us our room cards. Got to our room and “maintenance” guy was in our room watching tv… VERY sketchy neighborhood behind the hotel and overall would NEVER stay in Memphis again. But IF you had to stay this would be one of the safer spots. Drove by some places on the other side of town and it was so much worse.

Very clean. Building and grounds were well-maintained. Room was spacious. Bed was soft.

I was disappointed by the breakfast that was included. Maybe the staff was overwhelmed by all the visitors for the solar eclipse, but when I arrived for breakfast about 15 minutes before the buffet closed, not much food was left. All of the hot food items were out. There was no milk left for the cold cereal. There were no forks or spoons left. The orange juice concentrate ran out as I was serving myself a cup, so my drink was mostly water with a bit of orange flavor.

We always stay at a Baymont. As usual, this one was convenient and comfortable.

After a long drive and a good meal - we returned to our room and could not get in. It even took awhile for the girl at the front desk to get her key to work. When we arrived, the door had been open. She offered us another room; but we were just too tired to change rooms. Then the tv didn’t work. I think it was the satellite or cable.

Rooms need some updating. The tiles on the trim in bathroom was coming away from the walls. First room we got put in smelled like the stuff they try to get rid of smoke smell. Told lady at desk, and we got to move! She was Rey polite about it. Overall not bad. Breakfast was good.

I love staying here. There are only about theee hotels in the area. It’s a small town. LOVE the staff. They’re always so nice and this place has THE BEST breakfast

I wish fresh grits were served with all the amazing items for breakfast. I also wish the lamps had charging cables. Other than that, it’s great for the money. I’ve stayed here three times!

Very friendly staff and facilities was clean...

When I added an extra night was hoping for or close to the same price.. I called the motel and talked to the front desk girl about giving me a better price since I was staying 5 nights instead of 4... she was rude and tried to charge me 460.00 total ..I hung up and went with booking .com..

The pool all ice machines and laundry facilities worked. All lights in the room and switches worked as well.

We had 2 queen beds and a king mattress, our king mattress had 2 huge dips or holes of years of wear down I suppose which was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast of biscuits and gravy was delicious.

There was no coffee pot in my room. There were packs of coffee and all the extras, but the cups were not microwavable. I really missed having a cup of coffee when I arose from sleep.

Desk receptionist was friendly and helpful. Had everything ready for my check in before i arrived. Price was good. It was quiet.

There was a dirty wash cloth sitting on the dresser. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. TV needs to be elevated. Sits lower than the bed, so a little uncomfortable to watch while in bed.
