When we arrived at our room, we saw it was not a king size bed. We asked for another room with a bigger bed and they gave us a doble bed room without charge. I want to thank specially the cleaning ladies and the rules of the hotel about find and lost policy: I forgot something in the room, when leaving the hotel. When I came back to ask for my belonging, I found out that the ladies report the forgotten thing describing it, and also writing down the number of the room, date and and name of the person who found it. This is a very positive thing I appreciate a lot. Thankyou, Josefina.

Just a fact: they are still remodeling the hotel, which is a good thing. I mention it just to let you know about it (may 2024)

swimming pool turning green in august very, really very noisy air conditionner, breakfast lacking coffee variety (no capuccino, expresso ...) and food variety (no muffins, fruit salad, boiled eggs, ...)

It was good my kids enjoyed the hotel swimming pool

The only thing I would say is we stayed a night and we didn't have nothing t.v. the room we got the didn't work. Then the gentleman offered to switch his rooms, but with me not being able to walk upstairs, we had to tuff it out with no TV.

It was being worked on but the lobby area was clean .

That materials were everywhere like in front of my door. But I understand as remodel is being done. Dislikes was felt uncomfortable with ppl next door hotel out and like hanging out and was able to see coming and going of my room.

Friendly staff. Beautiful pool area. Great breakfast this is our 3rd time staying here for a quick river trip.

They were doing alot of construction so lots of supplies laying around. It's understandable though and the upgrades will be great.

They are currently renovating the rooms and although ours was lacking somewhere to hang clothes, and a couch or table and chairs, we were only there one night so not an issue! Being a woman, I’d appreciate better lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup. But you’re not alone in that issue!!

Swimming pool haven’t been cleaned for a while. Outdoor furniture need some attention .

Check in wasn’t easy. Confused us with someone else and weren’t giving us the two room, two night stay. After about 20 minutes, they figured it out.

Breakfast was excellent!

There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower. I HATE putting my shampoo and soap on the floor. Also, the bottom of the toilet was dirty. No closet, either! Nowhere to hang clothes

Despite some reconstruction work at the site the room was clean and quiet; spacious room; nice pool, great breakfast and friendly stuff.
