The beds were amazing and the shower best in town

There was a slip hazard as you left the dining room where there was no grip on the door step as you left. I slipped on a wet floor as I left the door and fell spilling all my drinks and injuring my left hip. We did not report this injury but probably should have as it could have an impact on my return to work following our holiday. It’s certainly hindered the rest of my holiday.

Good stopping point, great town. Breakfast was great, and kitchen lady was nice. Check in lady was very pleasant.

We stayed here 2 nights..about 1 week apart. Our first stay (Dec 2023) was great! Great rooms, very nice check-in lady, great breakfast. Rates high in our book! However our second stay (Jan 2024) was in different rooms, and the rooms were too hot. The units were set to 60 degrees, but we think they kicked out 75 degree heat all night. When we mentioned it to the young man at the front desk, he seemed as if it didn't matter, didn't care. Completely 2 different stays. We still recommend this hotel, but check the rooms.

Good heater (cold night), I liked the extra blanket, quiet (a few people there). Covered parking for the section I was in. Very comfortable bed, good tv. I liked the window you can open in the bathroom for fresh air. Good breakfast, clean dinning room.

It was a little dirty - dusty and a couple of dead, small insects in the bathroom ( welcome to the country).

Staff friendly and efficient, room adequate for 2 and dog, breakfast very good considering 01/2024 economy. Requested an easy access room for disabled spouse without need for an ADA room and received it. Room was pretty clean maybe a cobweb or two but completely void of tobacco smell. Wall heater a bit finicky but fine once we figured out the temp readout wasn't accurate. TV didn't work, but somebody before us probably messed with the input. We'd stay there again.

Not much. I was glad the TV wasn't working my wife wasn't.

Open when snowing- we stayed there because a storm was heading our way. We drove all the way up until we didn’t feel comfortable trying to make it any further. We got off the freeway for gas, and by the time we filled up, snow flurries were coming down. We looked around at booking do come, excluded the cheap hotels and went for the brand that is consistently good…

Fit and finish of bathroom drywall was pretty iffy- but doesn’t REALLY matter if you’re sleeping..

The staff was freindly and the price was good.

The room could have been cleaned better. There was a lot of dog hair all around the room, I was wearing a bvlack shirt and after sitting in the chair my back wa covered with white dog hair.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It was close to a few really good restaurants. Plenty of parking right in front of your door. A good place to stay!

The breakfast was great. We were so grateful that they did an early breakfast for the racers. Sara was so kind, and the food was delicious.

The room definitely could use a deep clean.

There was no milk for breakfast. The staff did NOT get any milk when this problem was identified. The gravy WAS tasty. the facilities were clean.
