The room was clean and good-sized, everything worked. The rates were reasonable, including the rate for our two small dogs.

When we arrived, nobody was in the office. On our second try, we were able to reach the owner on the phone and he arrived about 20 minutes later. Apparently, an employee had left unexpectedly creating scheduling problems. It would have been good to have a notice at the front door saying when the owner would be back. After a long drive, we were really looking forward to resting up, and it was a bit disturbing not knowing why nobody was in the office.

Room was very spacious, clean. Bed was very comfortable. Ac worked great, good water pressure in shower, hot water good. It had a desk, table and chairs, refrigerator, coffee maker. Best of all, the room was very quiet, heard barely any noise !!!!

Building from the outside looks a bit rundown. Some landscaping would add better curb appeal. Outside paint job. Cosmetic stuff mainly

It's not that I didn't like it, but it was out dated and bathroom clean but like the walls needed painting..no big deal cause its just a place to sleep on the road and it beats sleeping in the car at a rest stop or truck stop.

Easy check in with friendly front desk agent even though I arrived late at night. Room cost was half of what I paid at Motel 6 the night before and the bed was more comfortable and the wifi worked better. Was able to get a great night of sleep and the curtains are amazing, perfect blackout so even though I slept in it was still pitch black in the room.

A couple creaky floorboards and I did find a couple hairs in the room, but overall nothing too bad. For a super budget motel I really have no complaints.

I love the old school motel style. The rooms are large and roomy and clean with microwave, fridge and good heater/A/C. It is not luxury if that is what you are looking for. It offers great rates, is pet friendly and has always been available. The staff is nice.

Ken at the desk was very nice. Our room was quiet and clean. We got to park right in front of it. No highway noise. The microwave wasn’t functioning, but they remedied the situation and less than five minutes. Always nice to have a microwave in the refrigerator in the room.

It was cheap and close to the highway. Bare bones on a hotel. Bed was comfortable and it was clean. Could use to be remodeled. I got a discount so it was worth what I paid. Almost as cheap as camping at the KOA

Floor squeaked, bathroom wall had damage. No breakfast but at this cost it was ok. No ice machine. As far as extras just a bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap.

Old and dated, but clean and quiet. I'm a repeat customer.

One time I got a fridge with a freezer, another time no freezer. I wanted to recharge my ice packs so that was a bit disappointing. But I'll know ask for a freezer next time.

The room is a bit old and outdated but is big and was pretty clean. Comfortable bed and good shower. The location was very convenient for us, we stayed for just one night since we were traveling from Las Vegas to Salt Lake City. We recommend it, the cost-benefit is excellent.

This is a basic, no frill motel offering a clean, quiet, comfortable stay for a very reasonable cost. We will definitely stay there again.

For what we paid, it met our expectations. If we wanted fancier, we would have expected to pay more. It was good value.
