Jodi at the front desk was great. She worked non stop to correct the reservation snafu. Just great. Give her a bonus.

The reservation throhugh booking.com did not get to the motel. So the motel did not have be the reservation. I had copies of the confirmation.

The room was quiet, dark and cold! Perfect for a hot summer night stay. The beds were marshmallow soft and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and happy to meet all our needs. My daughter left her earrings behind and the housekeeper DUG THEM OUT OF THE TRASH for her!

Breakfast was sparse, coffee/tea, donuts/muffins and some fruit. Luckily there is a Denny's right next door and a few fast food options on the same street.

We loved that Dennys was close by. We appreciated the 20% discount. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were anxious to do all they could to make our stay comfortable.

There was a nasty odor whenever we were walking in the halls or in the lobby.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Even though it is directly across the street from a very busy travel center/truck stop, we did not hear very much noise. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Don’t be fooled by the exterior or price - this was a welcome and enjoyable stay. Incredibly clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds, spacious clean bathroom, basic amenities, dark curtains for keeping out the light, excellent water pressure in the shower, fluffy towels! Perfect for road weary travelers.

I wish we had an extra blanket but that’s easily remedied with turning down the AC.

Convenient to get to from I15. Great folks for check in and check out. Clean rooms. I couldn't eat breakfast as I had oral surgery earlier that day. Thanks and keep up the great job!

Everything from the room to the beds to the bath and especially the lady who helped us check in (Toni) were excellent!

This might seem trivial but i had my kids with me and this particular hotel's television only had 11 channels and none of them were particularly geared for a kid. No biggie!

Location, value

Older property, rugs throughout hotel stained and in bad shape. Breakfast offerings minimal!

We had a nice room on the first floor. The staff was friendly, it was close to a Dennys and the interstate.

I'm not a fan of the newfangled thermostat for the heat/ac.

stayed 2 nights, I don’t know if staff suppose to come and get us new towels but we asked and they didn’t questioned it and gave us new fresh towels!
