Giving the Lotus a star rating is not adequate. Potential guest should know that ... FOR THE PRICE it's a very good value as long as you're accepting of the most basic accommodations and some old, dingy but clean fixtures. Staff are pretty nice, though their English is not very good. We had 3 adults in a double queen room. When I asked for a 3rd set of towels, I was given an additional bath towel but told "Only one pair of wash cloths per room". We requested a non-smoking, no pets room, and our room was surprisingly clean, so we left a tip for the housekeeper. However, it appears they have rooms for pets and smokers by the many other guests we saw. So ... for the price and what it is (a 1-star motel) ... I would give it 5 stars.

The exterior of the building, and the property in general, could really benefit by some maintenance. And then they could charge more. They are stingy about providing towels/wash cloths for more than 2 guests per room.

The accommodation for handicap was great. The cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, the hospitality was great. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that I had to crawl and climb in and out of the shower, the tub was way too high for me. Other than that the stay was great and I look forward to staying there again in the future

The room was large, quiet & comfortable. We were happy to have the mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker & bathtub. Comfortable mattress & pillows.TV. Wi-Fi was adequate for our basic needs.

Although clean, the facility is showing signs of age, eg. Paint & texture in the bathroom were peeling off the walls.The mattress pad didn't fit well, so was rumpled up. There was only broadcast tv.

The room was clean and comfortable. I booked 2 nights and ended up staying 7 nights. Why pay 3 or 4 times what others charge. This is the best deal on a room The man at the counter was very nice and helpful. Thanks Bobby.

The internet was slow. The room was nice but the bathroom needs paint.

After a long drive this was a clean, comfortable and warm place to stay for a very affordable price.

A curtain over the bathroom window would have made me more comfortable, the glass isn't transparent or anything so it's definitely not a huge deal!

I moved from Montana to Arizona. Beaver, UT was the right distance to drive for the 2nd day. The Lotus Motel was a safe, well kept, older motel. The staff was very easy to work with and accomodating. It is a great deal for its price point!

Cleanliness, professionalism, peacefulness The owners took a lot of pride in the property. It is an older place, but everything was painted and clean very very clean. It had a pleasant smell to it, not musty. It was equivalent a $200/night place we stayed at earlier in the week.

There was nothing not to like.

For the low price, we got so much more than I expected! Such a cute little place with a creek running through it. Staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we are driving through!

The host at the front desk was friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. I rode a motorcycle and I was able to park it right outside my front door so that I could keep an ion it since I did not know the area. Everything was fine and there was no reason to worry that there would have been problems.

This was a pleasant stopover for a long drive. Front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. She reminded me I could save money with a program I belong to. Good value for money.
