Friendly staff, very clean, nice pillows

It's definitely an older property and could use some updates and the mattresses were a bit hard. I would have preferred better security locks for the room. But it was worth it for cleanliness, pillows and great staff.

The manager there was so nice and friendly. He made sure we had a room on the bottom floor because I have a hard time walking. He had the best smile. The price was so much less than the other places in town. The room had been newly remodeled with a bigger TV and new flooring, new paint, it smelled wonderful. The breakfast was great. The best thing were the beds. They were nice and soft, very comfortable. Plenty, plenty, of hot water and great water pressure. We wish we could have said goodbye. Thanks for everything.

There needs to be another entrance to the parking lot. There is only one and needs to be 2. Additional parking spots would be nice. Also, maybe a cart. Rock hounders have heavy tools to carry, and it would be nice to have something to bring them in on. Add one more flavor of oatmeal to the breakfast so there is a variety.

Nice, well-run little motel with kind staff. Had a restful stop during my cross-country trip. Was surprised to see they even had fresh fruits for breakfast. (the breakfast room is tiny but packed).

As the name says “Budget motel”, it’s not a five-star resort. It’s a bit old.

Comfortable room and all amenities were present. Lady at the desk was an incredibly sweet and helpful woman.

My room was adjecent to some kind of technical or laundry room, not sure. Because of that, it was sometimes quite noisy in my room.

The room was very nice. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom area was nice.

The breakfast was minimal. In the refrigerator was a jar of peanut butter, a jar of strawberry jelly, tubs of butter and a tub of cream cheese for the bagels. All had been used. Who knows how many people used their knife or spoon to scoop out of the containers. Not very sanitary.

We have stayed at this motel before and found it to be as comfortable and pleasant as it was the first time we stayed here. The owner is friendly and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable.

I can't think of anything we didn't like.

Friendly staff. Three things that make a good stay for me. They are clean room, good bed and good shower. This motel had all three.

Not much in the breakfast department. I had to ask for bagels. No milk, cream cheese was empty etc. Just not anything really to eat. I did not want to keep asking for stuff. There was cereal but no milk in the fridge.

The room was very clean, just as the reviews had stated. The room was also very quiet. It met our needs perfectly for a one night stay .

Clean, comfortable, everything works--mic/fridge, lights/lamps, plumbing, hot water, tv(many channels), washer/dryer, ice machine. Serve coffee, juice, milk, cereal, fruit; sell pop/water. Good housekeeping. Extended stay and honored booking.com price.

Appreciated clean towels each day, but could change bed sheets every 3 or 4 days.
