Everything! The facilities were excellent- the pool was lovely and a lifesaver in summer Moab when it was too hot to go to Arches/ Canyonlands! The breakfast was lovely and a different offering of food being cooked each day! The hotel was very clean and decorated lovely and our room was a really decent size with full size windows overlooking the canyons and pool! It was a perfect location- we loved being a 5 minute drive out of Moab (all parking is free in Moab) as it meant the hotel wasn’t overlooked by anything and felt more spacious than the ones in Moab. The price we paid was incredible too for everything we got! We loved Moab and wouldn’t think twice about returning to this hotel and recommending it to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at the Element Hotel in Moab! The rooms were modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our experience even better. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, we had to cut our trip short and cancel the rest of our stay. Donald at the front desk was absolutely wonderful—so kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful in handling our cancellation. His compassion and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier for us, and we truly appreciate his help. Even though our trip didn’t go as planned, we were so impressed with this hotel and its outstanding service. We will absolutely be back in the future and highly recommend the Element Hotel in Moab to anyone visiting!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Element Moab! From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, especially ERIN, was incredibly sweet and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, providing a comfortable place to relax after exploring the stunning Moab area. Breakfast each morning was a great way to start the day, offering a nice variety of options. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was modern yet cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities. Would definitely recommend Element Moab to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. We’d happily return!

Definitely one of the best experiences we have had while on vacation. Absolutely a great experience, not one complaint. Every staff member we encountered from check in( he was fabulous) dining, staff, pool manager were all so accommodating and friendly. All went above & beyond. We traveled for almost two weeks and stayed in various locations. Element was by far the best experience. Your staff should be recognized & valued for such remarkable customer service.

Modern, clean, breakfast was good, close to parks food town

1) shower incredibly slippery .. for older folks a liability for hotel. 2) wifi poor and we had work to do 3) ice machines small on floors and all out of order, had to pay for bags of ice; need to provide large scale ice available .. you have families traveling. 4) pool very nice bit chairs worn and pool needs attention 5) laundry facilities 3 of 6 machines out of order, $4 per load greedy; card machines not quarters

The design, everything was well new and clean, breakfast was really good, everyone was helpful and nice

They struggled to keep things stocked. No towels in gym— only stocked 2 for everyone when I asked them there were none, yogurt ran out at breakfast and it took 2 people asking and 15 min before it was restocked, washing machine charged 7.50 instead of the stated 4, dryers are only coin operated while washing machines use an app.

very pleased with this hotel. Got a room with 2 king beds for my son and I , comfortable and clean. Amenities were great especially pool, double hot tub, exercise gym. Outstanding breakfast, eggs made to order with avocado toast. Had dinner and drinks at the bar, bartender ( Diane? ) had a alot to juggle and handled it great! Front desk personnel gave us good ideas of what to do, see and other restaurant recommendations. Everyone was friendly, we' ll be back...

We loved the location, the indoor restaurant and outdoor pool. Breakfast was included with great selection of products for everyone. The room was clean, bed comfy and kitchenette was a great add on. There is a laundromat available on the property which we used. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Element Moab is Conveniently located by The Arches National Park and scenic 128 byway. Loved it and will gladly come back.

The breakfast every morning was excellent but not the typical hotel slop at most places. They provided a wide variety to choose from including fresh cooked healthy options.

I really didn't find any issues while we were there. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had except maybe that in the laundry room only 1 washing machine out of the 3 there worked.

The room was large, lovely, and very comfortable. The pool area was great, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the entrance to Arches National Park.

For the price of the room, they should pick up the trash every day. We stayed five nights, and they only made the bed and cleaned once. It was great they had a laundry, and there were three washing machines, but only one dryer was working, so finishing the laundry was time-consuming and inconvenient.
