The location is spectacular, nestled close to Snow Canyon. Free bike rentals Beautiful spa and pool area The restaurant and bar have a gorgeous view of the mountains and the gardens beside them made dining outside a treat.

For the price we paid we should have had daily housekeeping service. We called guest services to request towels, removal of garbage, and we got towels and they left the smelly wet towels and garbage. We ran out of soap and coffee, which were not replaced until we repeatedly asked for them. For a beautfil venue that is priced similar to other resorts in this area, this is unacceptable. Also, the chaise lounges by the pool are falling apart and need to be replaced. My daughter fell through one and she is NOT overweight.

The design and rooms were pretty nice. Staff seemed nice. Appreciated they were pet friendly. Pool was clean and heated. Nice to have balcony and security poles on the sliding doors were a feel good.

Cost for value was not worth it. We were supposed to have 2 queens and got put into a king only with no notice for 3 people and a dog. There were no grass type pet areas anywhere we could find. The onsite food options were extremely scarce, expensive, and not really workable for vegetarians. They also don’t service the rooms daily and don’t leave ANY extra supplies like garbage bags or coffee.

The pool was very nice and they provided towels. It was very nice that they offered free waters and smores making ingredients in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and provided maps/information for e-bike rentals. The hotel also offered free bikes for guests to use. The AC worked very well in the room and the bathtub was huge. There was also a coffee shop very close to the hotel along with an E-bike rental and a little convenience store.

I did not eat at the hotel restaurant, but it seemed very empty when I went to them to ask if they could give me two wine glasses. They did not give me glassware but did provide plastic cups. The Canyon counter closed by 6 so I wasn't able to try that either. The hammock near the building was pretty low to the ground and not very usable but fortunately there were plenty of other hammocks at the property. The hotel room was pretty dark on the inside. I think it could have been decorated with brighter tones.

The resort has great outdoor activities like daily guided hikes, canyoneering, kayaking, and guided trips to Zion and Byrce National Parks. It also has exercise classes and a great spa to recover from the great outdoor activities. Our room was a king suite which was very nice. The resort restaurant was excellent with many healthy options. The views from the resort are awesome. There are also a lot of great hiking options close to the resort.

Location is amazing.. at base of Snow Canyon.. so many trails to do! Great morning hikes and knowledgeable guides! Gorgeous view of the mountains. Loved the S’more station and fire pit every night

Not as Solo friendly as I had heard in the past. They used to have a communal table at the restaurant for dinner for any solo travellers to meet others. Caters more to friends or couples. Was my birthday and would have been nice to have a small acknowledgement in my room like a card or a Chocolate like some other resorts do when they know you a re celebrating an occasion. Would have been a small touch that would have meant a lot for a solo traveller on her birthday. Just customer service.

This resort is located less than 1 mile away from Snow Canyon State Park which was perfect for a girls getaway to hike and relax. Since it was off-season, only 2 of the jacuzzis were open, but we enjoyed them both. We also enjoyed relaxing in the spa and getting incredible massages (thank you Cameron and Michael). Did not eat on the resort as we decided to try some local restaurants in St. George instead. Had such a great time we were not even home yet before talking about making this an annual tradition.

Our card keys stopped working every day, necessitating a trip to the office to get them reset.

Loved the cleanliness, facility layout, pools and amenities…. Peaceful, quiet and beautiful

Parking!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If my daughter and I left in the early evening, and came back late, 8pm onward, there was no parking in front of our turtle building. :( We would have to go park by the fitness center and walk to our hotel/building. It’s very dark (and late) after returning from Tuacahn, (for example) and it would be better to be able to park closer to one’s room assignment. Maybe parking should be assigned per room number? 1 spot per room number?

Beautiful property that was extremely pet friendly. The staff at the property was very welcoming. Whether you plan to explore snow canyon or stay on the property, it is a great location. While they seemed to discourage from bringing young kids, it seemed very family friendly with our 10 and 15 year olds.

We tried to adjust our booking (booked through booking.com) by calling the hotel to add another day, and we were told that wasn't possible. But we found the same room available on Expedia, so we booked it. When we arrived, we explained the situation and both rooms were available. There seems to be some technical difficulty managing their reservations. I also find it very unclear if you're booking a pet-friendly room.

Scenic tranquil location, beautiful landscaping welcoming native birds - enjoy a delicious dinner at the spacious on-site restaurant, followed by star gazing and watching the moon rise with S'mores kits provided for the fire pit. Wake up early to watch the rising sun light up the red mountains; treat yourself to a relaxing massage from a professional competent masseuse after a dip in the swimming pool, that's also refreshing after a hike into awesome Snow Canyon State Park.

Loved the quiet, the views, the facilities offered at this resort. It was clean and staff lovely. Loved the outfitter shop. Loved the walking trails.

All was excellent. If I had to criticize something, it would be the food in restaurant. Menu was small, no soup offered. Found the breakfast greasy with toast not toasted. Coffee cold. Gluten free waffles while it was super nice that they offered them, they were not cooked through properly. A few improvements needed there but the steak was excellent.
