Location to Packwood we were visiting friends. But the name suggests a river , no river Property was ok , lobby was nice Lots to look at , just didn’t have time A short walk across street to Blantons market or gas station. Restaurant as well . Our room was fine, but one glitch , water pressure from shower could’ve knock me off my feet. 😂We couldn’t change the shower head settings to make it better. And the curtain couldn’t hold in the water so the floor was went. We just dried it But it could be an issue for someone else oh and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut completely But bed comfy and it was quiet .

Over priced for a one night stay.

The location. Drivable distance to mount rainier. Rooms are so cozy and the outside Surroundings are covered with spectacular view especially in the mornings and sunset time in the evenings. So pretty with ample parking space.Also, there are a lot of good food and breakfast spots (the goat company) having really great, freshly made muffins just a 2 min drive away from the place. Evenings are pretty nice, safe for short evening walks or drive.

The bathroom size is small. That is the only thing I felt. Other than it is definitely a home away from home place.

This was an exceptional property! The beds were unbelievably comfortable! The double vanities (one in the bathroom, one outside the bathroom) with lots of additional soap/shampoo, etc were wonderful. Also the ability to walk into the little town and enjoy the microbrewery and other restaurants was also great.

Honestly, the gentleman at the front desk was not pleasant. I’m sure he gets tired of people trying to check in early, etc., but the big sign on the front door of the hotel stating absolutely no early check-ins, seems a bit harsh (we got to the hotel at 2:40 for a 3pm check-in). Saying hello was out of his abilities, let alone giving out local tips/suggestions (go to the visitor center in town…that gentleman was wonderful). Also Packwood is not convenient to Mt. Rainier at this point. Stevens Canyon Rd is only opened on Saturday and Sunday.

We were pleasantly surprised at the property. The staff was MOST attentive. The property is in a very small town and our expectations were of a very basic motel. Instead we found a clean and 100% functional room. Lovely shower with lots of water pressure (often one of our disappointments but not this time) and lots of hot water. Staff was attentive to our requests and, perhaps most surprising, the WiFi was fast and stable. Everything in the town is walkable (it is a small town). We enjoyed the two-hour drive to the Mt. Rainier Visitor Center (quicker coming back as you don't stop as often). Overall a very nice but short stay.

A small continental breakfast would have been nice. But the supermarket is close by and we bought what we needed to make up our two breakfasts.

+ In general, the property is conveniently located for hikes in Mt. Rainier NP (yet, the Stevens Canyon entrance is currently closed on weekdays) + Friendly and helpful staff + Large room with a comfortable bed + Second sink area outside of the bathroom + Free parking + Deer on the lawn

o Credit card was accidently double charged, second transaction was however immediately voided when they realized it - Some wear signs in the room, also the floor was partly still dusty upon arrival - No breakfast - More outdoor seating needed

This Inn was close to Mt Rainier Park. It was a comfortable big room! The bed was comfy. The shower was hot and the water pressure was okay. We had Elk right outside the window of our room. They did keep us up some of the night calling out. It was nice to have the window open with the cool air at night. It was a nice place to stay.

I liked everything.

Property was just at the end of the main strip in the perfect area in my opinion. Room was comfortable and perfect for the one night there.

Bathrooms could use an update and there was a hair on one of the pillows. Also ac was set on full blast when i got there. Lastly the lobby could use a refresher as far as options for guests. No breakfast and subpar coffee.

The location was very nice. I loved the beds. So pretty. Even though we didn't use the family room because we were only there one night, it was cozy and stocked with different types of snacks and a few games.

We would have loved to have a hot breakfast of some kind. The staff wasn't too friendly,

Great room, nice lobby (which we used). nice location.

Wish there was a breakfast- it would make it perfect. A little bit of a mix on the staff, we had a wonderful woman at the desk for a couple of days, a great ambassador for everything. But we also had a difficult and defensive man at the desk part of the time.

Super comfortable bed. Guest laundry was great. The gal at the front desk was wonderful! Really nice stay.

It was a little expensive. But overall we enjoyed our stay
