I had stayed here before in the spring of 2020. Due to Covid regulations then, the breakfast area and front desk were cordoned off with plexiglass (there was no breakfast needless to say to). You also had to go out the main door and enter the hallways to the rooms through a side entrance. This time it was not the case. The front desk and breakfast area was open and welcoming. There were new owners too. Breakfast was offered too. Not only continental but with the waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage links. Normally we would stay at the Top Hat Motel deeper in town as my friend likes to support small independent businesses rather than big chains. Also the Top Hat rooms have doors to the outside. He lasted stayed there prior to getting lung cancer from smoking. He liked the outside doors because he could get up in the middle of the night to smoke without going down a hallway to reach outside. Since he no longer smokes, he is open to larger chains with rooms opening to a central hallway. Anyway, it was a good stay and I would consider staying here a third time if the opportunity arises.

It was fine, the rooms may have been a bit dark but there were plenty of lamp light so no biggee to complain about.

The staff are super friendly, helpful and informative. The breakfast was great. The hotel is obviously old and a bit run down but it's clean and the paint seems kept up. The mattress and pillows were comfortable and the shower was good. It was quiet at night, so a good sleep.

The building needs general updating, but i suspect the traffic thru Ritzville doesn't justify it. Doing a good job with what they have.

I loved the room. It was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and plentiful. Spacious, and cute Great spot for dogs, plenty of poo bags for clean up. Great place in a small town.

Pool was outdoors, but I was expecting that. There was a lack of pool towels. Unfortunately, there's not much too do around the little town, but if you are looking for quiet, it's perfect.

The breakfast was excellent. We had biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. They had waffles to cook and were interested but full from the other. Took a breakfast bar and apple with us for my grandchild and she really liked that. They accommodated my need for a ground floor room and made it a handicapped room. Effortless. Very kind staff. Room was near and entrance door. They had a laundry if I needed it. Best accommodation in a long time and reasonably priced. Very happy will my stay.

My room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. There aren't a lot of dinner options in that area, and it was nice to see that the hotel had frozen dinners and other food so people don't starve.

Only small complaint was that I literally scraped the bottom of the egg and sausage pans to get the protein that my diet requires for breakfast. Also, if noise bothers you maybe request a room that does not look out over the truck parking lot. Those truckers started their day at 3:30.

We were driving from Glacier National Park to Vancouver, BC. We looked for a motel about half way to spend the night. We were pleasantly surprised. As checked above everything was as advertised and reviewed.... especially the home cooked breakfast! Most places give you a plastic breakfast but this was home cooked. Felt like I was at my grandmothers table!!!

Nothing! Perfect!!!

Comfortable king sized bed in a lovely room with extra chairs for sitting in with our cup of coffee . The hot breakfast had nice choices .

Front desk man was GRUMPY . He had already moved the cart that held the dirty breakfast dishes , so I tried to help by handing him my plate. He glared at me, looked at the clock (9:10) ,and rudely said, "There's a reason it's gone." We started breakfast at 8:30 so it wasn't like we had arrived at the last minute.

It was convenient and the staff was very, very friendly - check in and out was easy. I even left something (minor) behind and they contacted me to ask what I’d like them to do with it. Very nice place I would absolutely stay there again.

The walls are a little thin, but not enough to prevent me from staying again

The room was the perfect size for my pets and myself. Bed was comfy, pillows soft with just enough firmness. Pet room had no smells/missed fur/discoloration anywhere, very well maintained. Hotel was quiet and just enough off the highway that it was perfect. Breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel. Actual eggs, biscuits, and gravy, plus for the waffle lovers that waffle maker. Coffee was strong and plenty of it. Staff was kind and a great help with any questions. In my opinion went above and beyond to make my stay fantastic. I'd highly recommend to anyone passing through!

Absolutely nothing

The hotel is close to the road, so easy reachable. The room itself was very clean and super comfortable. The breakfast next day was the best ❤️ so much to choose and the man who was responsable for it was so very attentive and nice 👍🏻 Also the woman on the reception the night before was really friendly

The only thing worth mentioning is that the walls are really thin but if have ear plugs its not a problem 😎
