Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, decent size and had everything you need. Reception shuts at 10.00pm so make sure you have contacted them if arriving late. Food options close by and a nice river walk into down town but BEWARE........THERE ARE NO UBERS OR TAXIS IN BUFFALO! So, if you don't have a car, be prepared to walk or be stuck somewhere. Thankfully the hotel is only half a mile to drag a suitcase to the Greyhound stop.

No transport - there is a local bus, but good luck and it doesn't run on weekends. Personally I suggest skipping Buffalo if not necessary. (Not the hotels fault).

Dog run behind rooms. Easy place to get to. Nice staff

There were dead ants all over the floor in the room upon first entering. I realized later on that it was because they were drawn to the dog food after I put my dog’s uneaten food in the car the next day and discovered it was crawling in ants so I had to dump the food and kill ants throughout the drive.

It was unique to find three queen beds in one room, which worked out great for our group. I like being able to park right in front of the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Surprised to find a kitchenette as well, though we didn’t use it. There was a great Mexican restaurant right around the corner.

No breakfast. Property somewhat dated.

Kyle was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us good recommendations on things to do and where to eat. Booking.com apparently didn’t notify the property when I had to change the arrival date, though they told me the change was made. He made the change on the spot.

Very friendly staff, excellent location. It's actually dog friendly. There's a secure chain link dog run behind the motel. They charged me $10/night for a pet fee.

My room wasn't really clean, the floors were pretty yucky. I hate being charged a pet fee when they don't clean your room.

It reminded me of vacations when I was a kid. Kind of old fashioned. Owners were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable for an overnight stay while traveling and the price was terrific.

Not a luxury place but clean and comfortable. It could use some updating but then the price would probably be more.

Location was great, right across the street was nice restaurant, gas stations close by and town was right up the street to walk around Also the pool was great and had 2 slides to enjoy

Big room with good location. Has laundry facility and a really nice young couple running the place. Make sure to go to the cowboy bar for a burger if you stay here!!!

Heater was really noisy.

The window in our unit faced East and didnt have black out shades, so the morning sun woke us up.

Swimming pool was a big plus! Check in & out was very easy. Personnel were extremely helpful & professional! Local choices for eating were good & plenty.

Directly next to road, but was not that bad for one night.
