Convenience! We backed right up to our room door (access to an inside hallway or directly to the parking lot. It was the first drive off the freeway … so easy for a stop over on a road trip. Staff was exceptional both at check-in and the next morning during breakfast and check out. They went out of their way to engage with guests, and I think a few might’ve been the owners. Pool served the kids well as they got the wiggles out after a day in the car and breakfast before we hit the road again got us all started off right.

Genuinely nothing… It more than exceeded expectations. We were there for a short stay on a road trip between Colorado and Montana. Price was better than anywhere else. Facilities were clean and whole process was easy. Even extra facilities are available like a swimming, pool and workout room.

Front desk staff gals were amazing. Helpful, kind, knowledgeable & said we could call them with any questions at any time. The pool was super fun, whirlpool was nice & hot. My kids had a blast! The breakfast spread? It was in one word "amazing"! Toast, bagels, eggs, bacon, French toast, waffles, muffins & cereal. I felt like we got our money's worth out of this stay.

LOVED one level. CLEAN ROOM. Our small dog didn't spend any time sniffing around like other dog smells were in the room. Well-lit parking lot. Park in front of the room. Decent breakfast, pancakes, cereal, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, juices, coffee, etc. Friendly staff.

Lost power to the TV and coffee maker. Couldn't figure out why. I wanted coffee at 5am. The breakfast room opened at 6am to get coffee.

Excellent location close to downtown. Very good daily breakfast selections. Friendly staff.

Had to request for room to be attended to and to be restocked with supplies like toilet paper, tissues and for the trash cans to be emptied. During the 7 days we were there, the bed linens were not changed.

Great location. Nice big rooms, very clean. Bathrooms good with hot water plentiful. It was lovely to sit outside for breakfast and look at the view.

It was hard to get a cup of tea! The hot water urn was full of cold water and this wasn't rectified, although the lady working in the breakfast area did kindly keep going and getting me hot water from the kitchen.

Well kept hotel, clean, spacious room and excellent location just off the interstate but very quiet. Friendly staff and breakfast is a little classier than a lot of other hotels in this price range. Would highly recommend for couples or families.

You have to realize Buffalo is very small town and the types of restaurants are limited. Our stay was during the off season (March) and dining out was more difficult as several facilities were closed. Luckily, we found the most charming family Mexican restaurant (Papa Binos).

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I was traveling with my husband and two young children. When we put the baby to sleep, we needed somewhere to entertain our 4-year-old son for about an hour before he went to bed. They let us use the dining room, which my son LOVED because it meant he could have an extra bowl of lucky charms. The facilities are clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty. It was a great trip.

My personal philosophy on housekeeping is that when a guest requests housekeeping done, your default should be to clean the entire room. Like in the pre-COVID days. But this place and others I’ve stayed in since 2020 don’t share that philosophy. When I called the front desk to request that our room be cleaned, the receptionist asked me what I’d like housekeeping to do. I listed 3 or 4 things. And when we returned from our day out, that’s ALL that they had done. They even left an alarm clock that my kids knocked over on the floor. I guess I should have included that on my list. Lol.

We have stayed here 4 times before and love the close location to restaurants and downtown Buffalo, WY. Excellent breakfasts!

Housekeeping did not take care of our room during our stay. We had to ask for them to empty the trash cans and replace the toilet paper. Afterwards, they still did not check the room.

Enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning especially the omelettes.

Didn't like that it was right next to the highway, though I did not hear highway noise. The grounds could have been nicer, perhaps to reflect more the Old West vibe to the city of Buffalo. Too a generic look to the hotel.

Not a real big breakfast eater but it made due for what I needed and my wife. Location of hotel was great for us. Liked the ideal as we travelled with a dog that my request for a ground floor room was granted. Nice that we also had a inside door to get to breakfast. Hotel has a elevator which most of them don't.

Booked room thru cell phone and asked for ground floor. Travelling with dog and I had just recently recovered from hip surgery. Even though this hotel has a elevator the front desk was not given the info that was sent along with the booking. It did not come up on their computer.
