Breakfast was adequate, the kitchen woman was exceptional. There were just a few pieces of bacon in the serving dish so she got more a came to our table with it.

Need more chairs at the pool and the floor is very slick. The staff had a dog behind the counter that it seemed they were held constantly and it escaped into the dining room and kitchen area.

Breakfast was adequate, the woman working the food/kitchen area was awesome! The kids liked the pool but needed more seating for parents. Location was convenient for us.

Did not like the dog. The receptionist was holding the dog and had a baby gate to keep it in until it wasn’t and escaped into the breakfast area! Need more seating in the pool area.

Breakfast staff on weekend was excellent. Breakfast was good everyday.

Elevator got stuck on 3rd floor and would not move. Advised to jump up and down which got it moving. Parking lot marked with with yellow lines I assume to keep vehicles from parking in front of entry way. People park there anyway. Looks as if the markings should be removed.

I would have gave 4 stars, but one of the staff members ate late night curry, and it made the whole 3rd floor smell most of the night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. The rest of my stay way great.

The front desk staff and morning breakfast staff were SO KIND AND ACCOMMODATING. There was an issue with my Priceline booking and the wonderful front desk staff kept trying to contact them for me. I really appreciated that. Also, the morning breakfast was absolutely delicious!! Tons and tons of both hot and cold options. We had so many leftovers that the amazing staff helped my young daughter and I out to the car. We most certainly will be back!!!! We loved the pool and hot tub too!!! This will be our typical spot when we head up to Burlington to a friend’s farm. Thank you!! Thank you!!

Breakfast was decent. Pool great for kids. Comfortable bed and soft sheets. Very nice reception.

A bit expensive for Douglas Wyoming.

The breakfast was wonderful, staff helpful and cheerful. I loved the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and actual body wash.

The pull out bed was very, very uncomfortable. I could feel every spring. The kids thought the beds were comfortable. The suite could have been a little larger but for one night it was fine.

They could communicate better. Let people know they are short staffed and your room won't be done and see if you need anything

The breakfast was wonderful with many different options every morning.

We found a sock in the windowsill of the room, which made us feel like the room was not cleaned well. When we talked to staff about it they just said “it happens” and acted like it was not a big deal. Disappointed that they didn’t seem to care.

Location was perfect for our needs. We arrived at breakfast at 7:00am and due to the crowd most things were gone. The staff was working diligently to restock items so not a major problem. The kids loved the pool!!! Could you more chairs for non swimming parents.
