Location.

Hidden cost. Was not informed about the additional $100 for pets that was added to the bill. Sure, it was refunded, but that should be stated up front. Some people have a tight budget when traveling. So to see that on their bank account can be a shock. Plus, the front desk person, when checking in, didn't say anything. And the person the next morning was a tad snotty when pointing to the sheet of paper with that info on it. Even though it was not visible as it had fallen down. Basically, be upfront on fees and/ or deposits.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She checked if everything was ok, explained how the remotes work (there were 2 different remotes, very confusing). Very friendly hard working lady. Great free breakfast. Clean room.

The hotel needs some updating. I thought it was too expensive for what it offered. The toilet seat was very old, the toilet flush very loud and took forever, rusty inside. The stairs were dirty but probably form all the construction workers who come in and out. The breakfast area very small but sufficient.

We booked last minute on a Saturday evening, this was one of a few rooms left in the area that wasn't way over our budget. When we got there the sign said no vacancy, so I really hoped we had a room, our booking hadn't come across yet, but they had a cancellation so we got in right away and our booking came thru, so there wasn't any problems. The people there were super nice about it and very friendly.

The lobby is really small but served its purpose.

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. We were there for a very short stay (less than twelve hours), but this hotel fitted our need for a place to lay our heads for a few hours while we were on the road.

The free wifi didn't work at all. Not a big deal, as we weren't there long enough for this to matter.

The receptionist. Her name was Misty and she was so helpful, polite, professional etc.

Breakfast could be a little better.

The location was convenient to the Interstate and a short drive to the railroad museum. The room was OK but there was nothing exceptional about it. The car culture is the norm so I didn't always feel comfortable strolling around but it IS Wyoming where pedestrians are not mainstream.

There's a nice railroad museum in town and I would have expected more promotion of it in the lobby. But I had no bad experiences in the motel.

It’s was clean & comfortable to sleep at.

The exit door is easy accessible. The hotel card should be use when opening that door. For security purposes.

Decent size room with a desk. Good enough internet for buisness. Clean and pet friendly.

Smoking area by the entrance in the back.

Staff was very helpful in getting us a room that was on ground floor. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Breakfast was very skimpy..

Location was fine. Appreciated breakfast.

That we are age 64 and 66 with a dog, and wished we had asked for 1st floor as there is no elevator
