Operators were pleasant , but difficult to understand. During the first night stay my partner became very sick . We left very early the next day . I dropped the keys off because no one was behind the desk early around 6AM and called on the special phone at the front desk. to provide reason for leaving and then Notified Booking about a refund . The lady on the phone at the Hotel said she would check into credit or refunds .

I later received a message from Booking reviewing the cancellatioin conditions. Since they did not understand the reason for leaving early I can understand there response . Later called the Hotel and spoke to the same lady who checked us in and reminder her why we had to leave early . She replyed that she already issuded a credit . Now just waiting for Booking to respond with the credit or cancellation results.

This property was our salvation after a reservation elsewhere fell through. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, our room was comfortable and clean (and cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided), breakfast was nice and overall value for money was excellent, especially considering our last minute booking in peak season. We fell in love with the small town of Dubois during our stay and discovered some great eating places.

It's a bit of a drive if you're visiting Yellowstone or the Grand Tetons, but worth it because of the great value for money this accommodation provides and the friendly small town setting. The drive down is also very pretty! There was some noise from the room above during a couple of nights of our stay, but not the fault of the establishment.

My friend and I shared a room here after 4 days 3 nights backpacking. We were exhausted and wanted the closest option. We were thrilled this Super 8 had a room, and were so beat that not much else mattered. I do remember the beds were clean, check in was easy, but not much else. We more or less dragged our stuff into the room, showered, and passed out.

I never know what to expect when booking last minute, but the price seemed a little high. But we were in a situation we were willing to pay it. I used their vending machine. All items were $1.50, but the machine stole two quarters as I paid for my item. Not a real big deal, but ended up costing $2. The thing I liked least is the next morning two people were conversating in the lobby. I perceived them to be the hotel manager and a corporate person. Nothing awful was being said, but it felt awkward hearing one defending himself to the other as I reloaded our vehicle. Take it to a private area. Ultimately this is a lot of words to say there was nothing significant wrong.

Excellent location for travelling to South part of Yellowstone. Great breakfast included with lots of choice including a couple of hot items. Helpful checkin clerk recommended the Cowboy cafe a couple of miles down the street for our evening meal. It was excellent and characterful! Comfortable bed. Fridge, microwave, internet and some good movie channels.

The room was comfortable and clean, and they had a good breakfast that included hot and cold items! Loved the 24- hour coffee and tea available in the lobby! Great location for a trip to visit the Grand Tetons! Beautiful drive! We stay 6 nights and would definitely stay again! Good value for the money.

Very nice and tasty breakfast, good location towards Grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks and a more than very nice gentleman who is running the place !

It was clean, with newish carpet, they had good breakfast choices.

All rooms are on the upper level, no elevator, so you have to carry your stuff up a narrow stairway, which is not optimal for anyone with any physical difficulties. For this reason we would not stay here again

although we did notice a sign the following day, they did not provide housekeeping on multi day stays , a mention on check in would’ve been nice! also there was no access to filtered water other than vending machines, other places in the national parks area provided an opportunity to refill water bottle

Quiet, owners/managers were friendly and accommodating with requests.

Fresh fruit as well as plain yoghurt would be appreciated at breakfast. Reasonable. Cleanliness overall was acceptable but a little more deep cleaning ay be necessary.

The owners were kind and helpful. The food was great! Very clean. Much attention to western decor details. The large special handicapped shower was amazing and the first I've Ever seen! ;)
