Nice hotel. Beds were very comfortable. Each queen had four soft pillows. We slept well. Bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. There was a separate nook for the small fridge, microwave and coffee maker. They had a nice complimentary breakfast.

price was a bit steep compared to other really good hotels we had during our trip.

I liked the staff. They were helpful and friendly. The hot tub helped after a long day of driving.

The shower gave a high-pitched whistling noise at certain temperatures. The key cards either didn't work or stopped working. The staff was helpful trying to get it sorted.

After a long day on the road, the friendly staff made us feel welcome. The room was delightful clean and spacious. The bath was equally spacious and clean. Despite being near I-80, the room was quiet.

I can't think of anything we didn't like. In fact, my wife was so impressed she wants to try other Holiday Inn Express Hotels when we travel.

I rented a room with a spa tube for back problems, and only a couple of jets worked. They need to keep these things up.

The room was clean, beds & pillows were comfy & breakfast was much better than other hotels we stayed at this trip.

One employee used her fingers to try food in one of the dishes- that grossed me out a little. The tables also could have been wiped down more frequently in the dining area.

The room and bathroom were very nice and clean. The entire building was beautifully maintained and clean. The breakfast was exceptional. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We spent four days there as our car broke down and we were thankful that we had such a nice place to stay.

I absolutely loved the pillows. The floors were sticky. I have a cleaning business and I clean with water in a steam cleaner to make the floors super clean without product on them. The bed was nice but comfortable seating would be nice. Remember you are competing with vacation rental houses. The tv selection was limited. I absolutely loved the breakfast choices.

I was not happy that BOOKING.COM cancelled my reservations in the 20 minutes from the time I booked the room to when I got to the hotel. I get to the hotel and BOOKING.COM cancelled me....thank goodness the staff was quick to get me into the last room of the hotel. We were stuck in town due to a SNOW STORM. NOT HAPPY WITH BOOKING.COM

The property was well located. it was very quiet in the rooms even tho the facility was fully booked. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had many hot selections and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a double Queen room and one of the bedspreads had spots on it…not sure if it was stained or just not clean. It gave me an uneasy feeling. We slept in the other bed.

The location was perfect for where are actives were. Oh and the black out curtains were wonderful. I wish every hotel had them.
