We stopped for the evening when traveling from Yellowstone to Rocky Mountain National Park. The town was small and seemed to be very safe. The entire hotel was very nice. The clerks were courteous and attentive. The breakfast consisted of eggs bacon sausage along with the traditional continental items. The room was very spacious & clean and quite comfortable as well. The breakfast room acts as a restaurant in the evening, which was nice that we didn't have to venture out. Has the pizza, really good!

I booked this place a while ago. Before arriving, I noticed the price for my room dropped by 60$. So I cancelled my reservation and rebooked for the better price. When I arrived, the clerk tried to tell me I had 2 reservations. I said no, I cancelled one and then rebooked. She stated she’d tell her manager and proceeded to charge me the price of the cancelled reservation. I showed her my current reservation and price and she corrected it.

Cleanliness hotel and location

Although property seemed really clean and bathroom and beds clean - there were stains on carpet and chair in room. Also, breakfast was a joke. Nothing hot or any protein. Boy in restaurant said eggs cost too much. Did not have anything to purchase. They had a few items and said it was continental breakfast - was expecting more. Especially for price of room.

Reasonably clean, quiet we were only 2 guests so quiet inside too. The person who greeted us was polite and welcoming.

We were only 2 guests and we had to call hotel number for anything we needed, team member lived off site at 5 mins away so not too reassuring. Pool was closed, breakfast was very spartan, 1 yoghurt only, no waffles, no fresh fruit. It might have been better to not have opened until hotel was ready or at least let us know in advance so we could decide what to do. Even thr offer of a discount would have been appreciated as we did not receive all services expected.

While the hotel is a little older, it was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and the provided breakfast was very nice. The sheets and towels were soft and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The price I paid with the online booking.com was amazing and I appreciate that great value!

The lining on the curtain for the window appeared to to be damaged by the sun and should be repaired on the side hems. That was the only thing I saw that could be improved.

The service was fantastic. Despite very few rooms being available throughout town, the concierge was incredibly helpful and managed to find a room for us. I also made a mistake while booking and they corrected it without any trouble.

For the value we got, I don't have any complaints. You can spend more than twice as much across the street, but I don't think you'll get twice as much for your money elsewhere in town. Very happy with the accomodations.

The new management was so friendly and eager to please. All our questions were answered quickly. The decor was western and rugged. Very comfortable furnishing.

The breakfast was limited. Selection of food choices was limited. The breakfast area was small and crowded. Seating was ample and comfortable, though.

Loved this smaller town and hotel near the Tetons...great cool weather for July, mountain views in the distance, very scenic and comfortable...nice restaurant just down the street...hotel is modern, clean and fits the location perfectly...good hot breakfast...and less pricy and touristy than Jackson...easy drive thru there the next day with lots to look at along the way

Booked an accidental day for the 27th and still trying to cancel without luck which makes me not like booking . Com if I'm not able to cancel I will never use again

Everything except the breakfast set up

The breakfast may have been provided by an outside vendor as it was very skimpy, even compared to some cheap hotels. You had to show your receipt to get a breakfast. Typical powdered scrambled eggs and other minimal pickings.
