The staff are very friendly and professional. We got in late (10pm) but were welcomed right away. This is a historic building that is well-maintained and clean. The breakfast is standard hotel lobby offerings, and the coffee was actually decent! I love that there is a natural spring in the back courtyard!!

The only thing was that the ice maker was broken, but not a big deal. The staff had ice available the following day.

Breakfast: Cannot believe they use real, patterned, plates here and real glass glasses. What a treat! Great breakfast fare. Wonderful historic two story hotel on the grounds of the Hot Springs state park. Easy walk to the nearby hot pools or just stay at the hotel an use their nice hot pool. Staff are really helpful and the home baked cookies are a nice treat.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was not spotless, but was clean where it counts! Breakfast options were many and very good! Was a quiet stay which is hard to find. Parking a large truck or trailer was difficult if you arrive in the dark, but once you can see where to park larger vehicles it was fine.

The property is located inside the Hot Springs State Park. that was awesome with trails and other amenities for the two little dogs that accompanied my friend. There was a nice restaurant right across the street called the Safari.

IT was hard to find, even the GPS struggled a little bit.

The elderly gentleman at breakfast was super nice and super eager to help.

We had a noisy upstairs neighbor. Also, we would’ve liked to put our stay on two separate cards as we were friends sharing the cost of the trip apparently that was not able to happen the way they do their books.

The room and bathroom were beautiful. All the attention to detail was amazing. The bathtub/soaker my wife loved.

The water temperature from the faucet could have been warmer, they are remodeling and it probably just needs finer adjustments.

Well the milk ran out for cereal, meat tasted rancid and coffee was gone as well. We ended up having a waffle which tasted fine

The mattress in our room needs to be replaced. We could actually feel the springs pushing against us as we tried to get comfortable. Not what I expected for almost $200….

Very good breakfast, hot and cold items. Great coffee, bottled water available all day, and homemade cookies! Location was great in the State Park for the activities we were there for. Very friendly and courteous staff. Loved the historical building the BW Plaza is in.

Nothing. Everything lead to an extremely nice stay! We would definitely stay again when in the area.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and informative. For historic building, the rooms were on the smaller side but the accommodations were clean and nice. Breakfast is free and nice. the outdoor hot tub is a wonderful feature all year around

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Ida took care of our room and asked every day if we needed anything. She was super. Coffee and breakfast was a bonus.

Getting our luggage to our gorgeous 2nd floor room without an elevator. I know that can not be fixed. It was difficult to get our bags up the stairs.
