Location, Location, Location! If you like dinosaur museums and Hot Springs, then you need to visit even if it is a long way from any major city or Interstate. The dinosaur museum has "Digs" for adults and kids and is only 1/2 mile from the hotel. The hotel itself has a hot tub pool from the natural springs and there are several other natural hot spring hot spas within walking distance. The night of July 4th was a fireworks spectacular. At 10 PM the town's fire department put on an excellent show out in the desert like country on top of "T" hill (Thermopolis, WY). It was one of the best fireworks displays we've ever experienced in person.
The hotel is definitely getting dated although our room was comforatable. The hallways are dark and not air conditioned so on hot days it's toasty. The restaurant is understaffed, although once the server gets to you they are very friendly providing great service. We ate their twice at the Safari Club restaurant & had to wait almost 25 minutes just to order our food one of our 2 nights. There were other places in town to eat but it was the 3rd & 4th of July so a lot of other places were closed.

the location was amazing. Right in the Hot Springs state park. Staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The hotel has it's own natural hot springs outdoor spa, which was so lovely and relaxing. Made my skin so soft. A hot breakfast, consisting of sausages, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy were available, including cereals, yogurts fruit and bread got toast. The whole hotel had a great atmosphere and we felt very safe. The hot springs were walkable across the park, as well as a natural hot springs swimming pool. All in all, this was our favourite hotel out of all the hotels we stayed in, during our 16 day holiday and we would highly recommend
Nothing. Everything was fab

Love the hot springs pool outside and the free water that has oranges and cranberries or cucumber. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Great price.
We didn’t love the free breakfast, it was nearly inedible. Worse quality than a school lunch breakfast. I would have preferred donuts. I also wasn’t a huge fan of all the taxidermy animals and pics of animals killing each other. It’s personal preference, obviously the owner is obviously into safari hunting.

The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly. The Safari Club had amazing food and large portions for a terrific price. Our room was really hot to begin with, but finally cooled down after 3 hours of the A/C at a low temp. The beds were comfortable and we loved that they had connecting rooms for our family of 7. We would stay again. The hunting trophies and picture decor was fun to look at.
The room was hot when we first got there, but understand saving energy. It cooled down after a few hours.

I love this place. We come here frequently and often.
We come here often and never had issues like we did this time. We booked rooms months in advance and I always include which room or rooms I want to be in. It was my best friends birthday and we weren't even next to each other nor even near the rooms I requested months earlier. My best friends husband cut his toe on the hot tub that had a screw hanging out of it and was bleeding. The staff was helpful and booked me and 10 other friends for my birthday coming up. We will see if we get everything as planned.

The hot spring right there in the court-yard and plenty of towels. you could go from your room and in 60 seconds be ready to step up and into the hot soaking pool at the hotel. wear crocs or sandals. The bed was super soft with plenty of pillows. there was a frig. and microwave in the room. It truly had a separate freezer at the top of the frig. the shower and bathroom were working and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
The only thing I can think of...complimentary lotion along with shampoo and conditioner. Because you may experience too much dry skin, bit don't put it on before you soak.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Fun to look at all the mounted animals in the Safari Room and all the pictures in the hall lobby. Pretty intriguing. Hot tub was nice.
The coffee In the hotel was disgusting . The free breakfast was almost inedible. The food quality was very poor. I think it wasn’t real food. Probably being made by Bill Gates in his synthetic food labs. Yuck. They shouldn’t waste their money on such garbage. The juice wasn’t authentic but more like a syrupy orange juice. I could smell the fake ness.

This property is exceptionally situated just beyond the Wind River Canyon - spectacular scenery! Unfortunately, the weather was not great, and we got there pretty wet and cold. The staff could not be more accommodating and were very helpful and gracious. The kitchen and bar staff was phenomenal - we had excellent food and service. The rooms for dated; however, the bed was very cozy and comfortable. Hopefully next time we will stay longer to enjoy your location at a more leisurely pace.
Rooms and bathrooms need updating. Our window facing the pool and spa area was leaking from the rain.

The Front Desk Attendant Rhiannon was so kind and helpful in helping us with checking in and was able to get our room on the first level which was very appreciated! She does a wonderful job and we appreciated her! The breakfast was good and everything was stocked and ready for a busy morning. The hot tub was a nice place to relax after a day of travel. The beds were comfortable.
The Hotel in general just needs an update. The bathrooms are very small and the bathroom door almost hits the toilet. Just a good remodel would make this place more comfortable for guests.

We were happy to check in easily. Originally, our room wasn't ready by check-in. But when we finally got into our room, we were happy to find the room clean, the beds super comfortable, with access to the courtyard. We traveled with our toddler, and our son had a great time in the room as well.
The pool at the time wasn't open. I can't think of anything else besides that.
